I had nothing but a run around today with my husband prescriptions at rite aid in town and finally had my script filled here and they did over and beyond to help me fill my husband script even when they were closing in 30.min. the Lady on the phone was so kind and friendly and helped me out so much for me to be able to get my husband script filled even right when they were about to close. I will definitely be coming to this pharmacy for now on.

Our scripts are always done quickly, and the staff are always willing to help. We had 1 billing issue with insurance and through the process the staff helped us figure it out, and treated us very kindly!

I would strongly ask people not to use this pharmacy, For reasons involving privacy issues and harassment and the pharmacists are only concerned on making this business grow. I am strongly mortified of what this pharmacist did to me . Please be aware and be warned of there twisted ways to get at sick people . I’m not putting my story out here , But if you are concerned and would like to know what happened to me , please message thank you . Please use other pharmacies who really care about you , The person that matters. Thank you

I strongly recommend you not use this pharmacy, They discriminate against people who have to take certain pain meds for medical reasons. They will harass you and stereotype you as a drug addict or try to make it look like your doing something wrong, plus report your Dr as if they were doing something wrong..This is unacceptable and inappropriate to people who are only doing what is right and needed for their medical conditions...No laws were broken and no one did anything wrong..This has to stop and these pharmacist must stop with this harassment...Please contact MPA Michigan Pharmacists Association in Michigan..or Board of Pharmacy Complaint for Michigan, Bureau of Professional Licensing...Make a complaint speak up, this must stop....

Dropped off a script a week ago...was told it would be in Thursday and they would call. Explained I couldn’t pick it up till Monday due to work hours and their hours...come Monday and they tell me they don’t accept my insurance! Never called me when it came in like I was told and wasted my time, gas and now I’m without a brace I needed last week! Poor service and will NEVER BUY A THING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
