Just got my 1st COVID vaccine here on Friday. I was very impressed you the friendly and accommodating service they provided. I had no problem reaching them by phone where they were more than helpful in solving scheduling software snafu’s. When I got there I found that they were very professional and respectful of the people they were helping. The shop also had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This pharmacy is full of incompetent people working behind the counter. They would rather keep apologizing for a piss poor performance than to do their job correctly. The idea of decent work ethic is lost at this place. It is sad to see how they treat poor people here.

This place is horrible stay away!!! , my 1 year old daughter has a fever of 102 and had my prescription of amoxicillin sent here they girls in the front are very rude and had a slick comment for everything , I was told it would be a 20 min wait for my prescription to be filled . Waited 40 min only to be told they didn’t have the prescription and would have to be ordered. Decided to change pharmacy and felicity puts the prescription as filled so I had to contact them again in order to cancel just to be able to get at another location NEVER WILL RETURN AGAIN!

Felicity Pharmacy is a great small pharmacy located on Tremont Ave across from the Rite Aid. The employees are really sweet and Dave is the best! He knows all his customers by name and works really hard to provide great service. My mom has been going there for about 15+ years and she loves this place. I used to travel all the way from Queens just to pick up her medicine from here because she wanted to give Dave the business during Covid. My mom and I highly recommend this place!

I came to Felicity for my Covid-19 vaccine. The process went smoothly and the staff was great. While waiting during my 15min post vaccination period, I was able to walk around and picked up a few needed items. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the selection is pretty good! Definitely come here instead of the Walgreens across the street.

Had a great experience here getting the COVID vaccine (they have J&J so it was one and done)! They were so efficient, well-staffed and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes, including the required 15-min wait after getting the shot. Highly recommend for vaccine and any pharmacy needs.
