i’m done using this place. I was overcharged by the machines when using my debit card with the dryers last time. And I ruined a whole load of laundry due to super smelly laundry detergent being used in the washer. I have frustration from trying to leave notes about the machines, taking my coins, and never being reimbursed, which is something the laundromat allegedly does. But has not so far. And I’ve never received any replies to my notes when I’ve left them. I’ve given up. Don’t go here. It’s best to go to the next town in Scotts Valley for better self service laundromat services. As a local Felton resident, it’s just something I have to do now, especially after they increased the prices. I admit I’ve gone back, since they raised the prices, but after my last time being there, I just can’t do it anymore. Unresponsive business owners.

This laundry mat is one of the less expensive options in the area, but that's probably because at any given time only half of the machines are working. If you're lucky, one of the papers will be marking that the machine is out of order before you put money in... Otherwise, they leave papers for you to fill out to eventually get a refund (but who knows if they actually follow through), but of course there are no pens to fill them out... Who brings a pen when doing their laundry?

Coin op, credit / debit, or you can pay with your phone. 4 to 5 sizes of laundry machines and two sizes of dryers. Rarely busy with plenty of folding tables.

Last visit was actually kinda lame. No inside lighting and the always broken soda machine was empty. Not sure who's job it is to maintain this business, but it's not getting done.

Horrid Laundromat, The machines here are almost always broken and today there was a dryer that had human feces smeared all over the inside!!
I have attached a photo of the dryer mentioned above.

There have been other instances where the dryer has shred apart many of my clothes and I had to discard them afterwards as well.

if you do not consider yourself a san lorenzo valley hillbilly, then I would not come to this place.

As a visitor to the Santa Cruz area I took the opportunity to wash a week's worth of laundry here. Clean, well maintained, and newish washers and dryers made this stop, if not memorable, at least acceptable to out-of-town travelers.

Why do the machines have pay with NFC or card if it isn’t working? Also tried the value card to load money and it didn’t work either. Not sure if there is a connection issue but my bank did not get any card requests from my trip here. I went and got cash to use coin operation and many of the dryers wouldn’t register the coins. Also, I tried 4 dryers not labeled as out of service and they didn’t work. In all, really bad experience. I may consider coming here in the future if the payment issues are sorted, but I lost money on a dryer that didn’t work and the floors were gnarly. Sad to leave negative review but you need to receive constructive criticism to improve, right?
