Charlene is the best! I looked for a place to cut my hair when I first came to Northridge to attend CSUN in 2011 and found this salon. I loved Charlene right away and haven't gotten a haircut anywhere else since! She is friendly, very helpful and is such an expert at her job. My boyfriend and I choose to go to her every time, and we always trust her. Her pricing is fair for all she does as part of the hair cut: washing hair before, cutting it, drying it, then styling it a bit.

Charlene knows her stuff. She's also personable, her place feels JUST like one of those hair salons in the movies, where it feels comfortable, unassuming and kinda like a home away from home. Plus, I haven't had a bad cut, and my daughter loves going there to get her hair dyed. Prices are reasonable, too.

I have had my hair done by Akilah and Miraj and they both did a good job on my hair. I also took my elderly patient to Akilah to get her hair dyed and she loved it. The dye stayed strong and her hair looked full of life bouncy and healthy we will go to The Final touch again and again for great prices and good customer service and hair styles that last, braids, blow dry, press n curl, perm, color they do it all and they sell merchandise as well and there is a lady that does nails too. I love this place hidden gem in the Valley!

My wife has been going to Charlene for over twenty years for hair and nails. Never a bad haircut, never a bad coloring, and nails always look perfect. She wouldn't go anywhere else!

The lady did what she wanted and overcharged me for the weave. It started to unravel immediately and I had to pay to remove after only 2 weeks and $225.00 cost. Listen to your customers wishes Tranessa.
