I recently took my mom to Glamour Looks Salon for a keratin treatment before our vacation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Preet was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, she was so patient and caring, taking the time to understand exactly what my mom wanted. I had a super last-minute request, and they were incredibly accommodating, fitting us in without any hassle. The keratin treatment itself was fantastic – my mom's hair looks and feels incredible! It's so smooth, shiny, and manageable. Preet's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process.

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at a Glamour Looks hair salon. I was hoping for a fabulous hair style, but unfortunately, they didn't have the professionals capable of delivering it. Being an Indian myself, I thought going to a local salon would be a great way to communicate my preferences effectively. However, my hair was completely ruined. It's disheartening when a salon fails to meet your expectations and doesn't have the expertise needed for your desired style. Honest feedback is essential in such cases, so I hope the salon takes it into consideration to improve their services.

I got my first ever wax and eyebrow threading done here and they did an amazing job! I’ve been going to glamour looks for years now and I’ve never had a single issue. The salon itself is also very clean and hygienic.

Facials are meant for relaxation but I had a bad experience today. Sheets, towels, throw blankets were smelly. After scrubbing the face, the lady went out for 25 minutes straight by switching on steam machine. My face started burning. I had to go out in towel and called her to come back. Upon returning she asked me if I touched the steam machine as if I had done something. Not even 5 minutes for each step of facial. Massage was super harsh. Multiple times I had to ask her to slow down.

After all this I gave 15% tip because I understand the value of work and labour.

Super unhygienic
No professional work ethic.
Horrible experience altogether. Never going to come again and will not refer my friends.

Have been going to Glamour Looka for past 2 years. Everyone here does an amazing job and try their best to always accommodate you at last minute. Preet always does a wonderful job with Facial. So far I had the best Hydra Facial with her and would definitely recommend to try it.

I have been to couple of parlours and tried getting my eye brows done by many people but Preet is the best I would say. Just love the way she does and with hardly any pain.
