My lashes are beautiful. She was very precise and spent a full 2 hours on my set of classic lashes. No discomfort or irrational from the adhesive, I even took a little snooze it was so comfortable.

Yes to EVERYTHING.

I've been here for face/underarm/brazilian waxing and lash extensions and every single service has been impeccable. I've also brought in a friend for a lash lift and eyebrow waxwith Michelle, and she was also happy with the results.

They use a kind of wax that feels really soft on your skin and doesn't hurt when they pull. I usually have lots of redness and bumps after waxing my face, but it was gentle enough that I had no redness after. If all they had was this wax but bad service, I'd still come here.

Every service I've had has been with May, and the level of service she provides is outstanding. She's super personable and friendly and is quick to pick up what you want. She's super fast, pays attention to detail, and just an overall gem of a person.

You won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Michelle Wen for eyelash and brow tints for years, long before she opened Glowli. I love the way I look when I'm done with her treatments. She listens to what you're looking for, and is super experienced, careful, and gentle. Plus, her shop is lovely, peaceful, clean, and in a great neighborhood.

Came to get my eyelash extensions done for the very first time! I was worried that it wouldn’t go well considering that my natural lashes were fixed at a 45 degree angle, BUT this store helped fix any of my worries! The final results were amazing and this entire experience was so worth coming for! The employees were very diligent and gentle with my sensitive eyes, and provided me with the best comfort and satisfaction!
