I required nebulizer machine hoses for my device and was declined due to the absence of a prescription, despite offering to make a cash purchase. However, another home medical equipment company offered them for $4.00 a kit.

Terrible to deal with. Nobody there is helpful with anything. You ask questions and they just stare at you like you should already know all the information. Their billing system is the biggest joke on the planet and makes no sense whatsoever. Call the help line and Nobody speaks English. The best part was to find out they were billing my insurance 10-20% over retail price for my cpap and supplies. And my insurance only covered a small amount and then stopped covering it altogether. So rotech expected me to pay over retail for cpap supplies that they automatically would send to me. A total and complete waste of time and money. I finally had my dr. Send them a end-prescription notice so I could get out of their scam business. I will never deal with them ever again. I feel bad for the elderly people who have to deal with these crooks and don't know what they're getting into. If at all possible avoid this place.

My friend was in the hospital for knee surgery. They would not let her leave the hospital until they knew that she was all set up to get a wheelchair and commode from here. They gave the hospital the green light. On our way back from the hospital in Green Bay, I called this place and asked if we could have someone in the area pick it up because we might not make it before they close. They informed me that they received the order, but didn’t know she was being discharged, so they still had to run it through insurance. I was told they would work on it first thing in the morning (even though they were open for another hour get) and I left my number so they could reach me if anymore issues arose or when it was ready to be picked up. The next day (Friday) came and I hadn’t heard anything from them, I went to the office around 1pm to see what was going on. My friend really needed her wheelchair and commode. I got there and was rudely told the same information I was told last night and that they needed more info. I did make the comment that I had called the night before and left my number and that it would have been nice if they would have notified me of this earlier so I could have gotten this taken care of first thing. It is now Friday night and my friend has to go without the proper equipment that she needs to heal properly! Very poor business and what made it worse was the unsolicited attitude. They do realize that they are working for a company that deals with disabled people? Have some compassion!

I was assured we could purchase a wheelchair prior to the first of the year and have it paid by insurance since our out of pocket was met for the year. Instead they billed it as a rental. It was a Drive brand Cruiser III regular push type wheelchair which sells on Amazon for $159. They were billing United Health Care $111.99 PER MONTH. That comes to over $1300 per year for a $159 wheelchair.

We are form out of town and needed a piece for my husband's CPAP. The lady at the reception was very polite and was able to get us the piece of equipment right away.
