I purchased an electric hot comb and a few items from this store, excited to support a Black-owned business. The owner assured me the hot comb was tested, but when I got home, it didn’t work at all despite trying multiple outlets. When I contacted the owner, they accused me of being at fault instead of offering a solution. I was appalled by the gaslighting over a $13 item and lack of customer service. I won’t be returning and would rather shop at Target. Disappointing experience.

Late post. So I came in expecting to get a beaded tool for my bead install. And met the owner at the front desk not only did she show me the tools, but she also put my beads in for me. By the time I went to get the beads in the car she had a chair pulled out and was ready to go. Can’t thank her enough for the quality service!

Owner is very knowledgeable and educated about products and can lead the customer in the right direction when it comes to hair and business. Super welcoming and greets you upon entry and exit. This beautiful establishment also has booth stations for artist who need a place to showcase their work, and take care of their clients. Very clean place. I definitely recommend!!!

Go here and feel like family. Customer service A1. Sooo clean, not cluttered with a bunch of stuff. I live in Elk Grove and I'm so appreciative I don't have to go way to Florin road anymore. Bought this cute glow in the dark strips for my daughters braids. She loves them!!

Horrific experience with (who I’m assuming to be the store owner) today. I simply walked in with my little sister looking for silicone beads and was immediately met with hostility for no reason. It was made very clear that we were not welcome in this store. I would never go back even if this was the only place to sell hair extension supplies.

I love that I now have a beauty supply store closer to me. I hated having to drive so far to downtown Sacramento just for some gel or something small. The owners are welcoming and informative about all the products. I can say every time I go there I always find what I am looking for and more.
