I love the selection of this store they always seem to have what I am looking for however, their point system is a bit frustrating. I spend about $200+ every visit and never seem to reach the required amount to get a discount, except for one time I spend closer to $300 and to my surprise I made it to my first discount of 10%..like cmon 10% of my purchase was taxes alone..just seems a bit redundant in my opinion. Im a solid repeat human hair bundle buyer , average around $450 -$500 a month for the last 6 months. I left the store I had been faithful to for 5 years along with the appreciation they showed me for being such a loyal customer for this place just because I was impressed with the fact that this place had the frequent shopper discount system set up while the other place made you save the receipt which I always seemed to lose. Anyway still 5 star, great selection and great staff.

They were friendly and didn’t follow me around the store as we all know that’s what beauty supply owners are good for: sale is hair but watch and follow us and know zero about their products they are selling. lol but they were nice .

This location puts tape over the lid of the products so you cant open them to smell or look at the consistency of the gels before purchasing… very annoying. I just purchased some hair cream. It had tape over the lid, but when I opened it after purchasing the product looked used. I went back inside to see about returning it, but they don’t do exchanges or refunds.

It’s annoying that the price of hair products continues to rise and they put tape over the products. I need to be sure about what I am buying before purchasing. I understand they probably do this because people like to sample products, but that’s not my problem.
