My wife and I booked a massage here for a Friday afternoon appointment. I got a text several hours before the appointment time saying that my appointment was cancelled by the spa. We were forced to reschedule for Saturday without much notice and luckily we had time in our schedule to make it. We were told that because we were new customers that our massages would be 89 dollars. After the massage was completed, we were told that the price was actually 99 dollars because it was a couples massage. This would have been fine if we had been told beforehand, but the lack of communication was disappointing. The staff seemed to not know what was going on and the check in forms took a long time to fill out. They did not allow us to fill these out beforehand to expedite the process. Overall the massage wasn’t great. Good, but not great, and not great customer service.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to give them a try. I was a little disappointed. The massage was fine but they barely worked on the problem areas that I made them aware of before the massage began and the pressure was inconsistent. Barely massaged my hands or feet. The front desk is all over the place. We got there early to fill out our forms and it was just chaotic and stressful with them both running around and trying to explain things to us separately. It would’ve been nice to have had the intake forms sent to us via email so we could fill them out prior to our appointments. Not the best experience when I came to relax.

The massage itself was lovely. However, they put me in one of the room closer to the reception which was too loud and noisy. Every 10-15 minutes people coming in and out of the rooms chatting loudly and thanking masseuse and asking about future appointments. The music in my room was not working properly and was disconnecting every 2-3 minutes so I had to ask to be turned off. The squeaky doors made the experience even worse. My appointment started 5 minutes late and instead of one hour lasted only 50 minutes. The ambient and overall experience was not pleasant.

I have been a long time member of the RSM location; however I will not be returning. I had an incident with the manager in July that was unsettling. I went to her with a complaint and she was defensive, argumentative and truly unkind. I have tried to contact the owner thru the corporate office, front desk and on line form without any success. It is frustrating when you have been a long time patron and are ignored when trying to address a service issue.

Great place for a facial ! I’ve now been here a handful of times over the past year and each visit has been great . I’ve had three different female estheticians sand all were great. Mallory is so thorough ! I like that they don’t pressure you to join at this branch vs other branches I’ve visited . Give it a try. Sadly they seem to cycle through employees so don’t get too attached to a person but everyone I’ve had is great . For 2020 - Emma is fantastic !! My skin looks awesome

I really enjoy going here to get facials every month, at a price that you probably can't beat going elsewhere as a member. The quality of the facial and products itself is of quality for the price you pay, as well as the aestheticians doing the treatment. I do think they should be consistent with how extractions are done as each person does it differently. I prefer them using the tool as opposed to hands. Also, when I leave I sometimes run a quick errand and realize I still have remnants of the mask still on my face which is not a good look. Other than that, all good!

I haven’t been here in years actually the last time I came to this place was when it first opened which was long time ago. It was for my friends birthday and we had a great time she love the facial and massage. I got a hot stone massage that was great so coming back here and knowing that I was going to have a good relaxation seshhh but actually to my surprise this time it was a phenomenal experience.

The receptionist was very helpful she was awesome the same girl who booked my appointment and she was on top of her game had all my paperwork ready for me very accommodating.

Debbie my masseuse was wonderful we talked about pressure and where I wanted to focus on body. She was very accommodating to my needs plus professional during our massage seshhh and just a wonderful person to talk to you if you want to talk or just relax, she just great! Definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for the right pressure and relaxation.

Courtney my facialist was excellent, very professional and walked me through the process of my first LED facial. She made sure that I was comfortable kept asking me if I feel tingly or irritation when applying the product on or anything like that to let her know so it can be removed but I didn’t feel anything. A painless and just wonderful facial. I totally recommend this facial to anyone at seeking acne or removal of dead skin and more it’s just a good refresher. Courtney is someone I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an LED facial or just a facial in general she’s a great kind/ funny person to chat with or if you just wanna relax that’s fine too either way she is just really on point with accommodating to your needs. And she recommends really good products to take home ( she’s not forceful about it and totally gives you options about the products) which I bought and I have used so far, loving the products especially since I have dry skin it’s really helping it heal.

While checking out once again it was a different girl this time at the front desk but she was totally great with customer service.

Overall a great experience totally recommend this place to anyone else who wants to get a facial or massage!

I love Hand and Stone RSM, it’s very clean and everyone is welcoming and kind. Suzette my masseuse is FANTASTIC! She’s the most talented masseuse I’ve ever been to. She has MAGIC hands. I highly recommend this location and SUZETTE!!!
