I would give the customer service a negative zero if I could. I only said one in order to leave a review. The guy working on Saturday March 8, 2025 was horrible. Extremely not supportive with customer questions nor did he feel welcoming. The customer that was in there with us was more welcoming and answering our questions when she seen he was blatantly ignoring us. He also placed 3 negative pins on his counter when we approached him with questions. He was extremely dismissive when we informed him that we were first time buyers. The customer that was in there with us had us interested in several stones as well as bracelets but, how he responded to us made us leave and we felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable in a place that is supposed to have great energy and a pleasant aurora. -10 out of 10 for this experience. If the customer service representative was having a bad day he should not have been working with customer. You lost an easy $200 on this day and possibly faithful customer for the future. So sad!

I was so happy to find Fordite which is not easy to find out West so I picked up a piece and am very happy with it. I loved looking around and it made me so happy to check out! The Fordite is purchasable by cash only or cashapp and they do have a sign up saying as much but just a heads up in case you are interested in strictly that.

The people working at the counter seemed very nice although I was a little disappointed in the quality of my purchase and some of the other items I seen. Customer service was good as they took the time to help, but I purchased a pendulum and within less than 3 days it broke which was extremely disappointing to me after carrying it around with me everywhere like suggested, and due to the fact I paid a decent amount for it and tipped. I hope to come back sometime if I can afford something of nicer quality

I’ve shopped here a few times in recent months and tonight a few girlfriends and I took the candle magic class. It was amazing!!! The owner (and her adorable assistant aka her daughter) is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and kind. She provided tons of helpful information via a packet (that she put together herself) and executed a great class. I HIGHLY recommend both the shop and the class!! My friends and I were incredibly impressed. I’ve attached a picture of some of my past purchases as well as tonight’s.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this enchanting crystal shop, and I can confidently say it was a truly magical experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the beautiful ambiance and the lovely atmosphere that surrounded me. The owner, Stacey, is incredibly sweet and kind, making me feel right at home during my visit.

Even though I live quite a distance away, I am more than willing to drive an hour and ten minutes just to immerse myself in the charm of this shop. The inspiring music that plays throughout truly elevates the experience, creating a welcoming environment that draws you in.

This shop is not just about the products; it offers an uplifting experience that resonates deeply with me. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a special place to explore crystals and enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

When they first opened I was super excited to have a crystal shop in town, but I really only go once a year to see the changes. Good place if you're a beginner I guess, and I see a lot of families stop by. The decently priced things are pretty basic, but the kinda unique stuff is not cool enough for the prices. Once you really get into crystals, there's sooo much better online. But it's better than nothing and fits in the plaza with the tea and oil shop.

My main complaint is that the energy of the shop is off.... My friends and family agree, but it's hard to explain. It's slowly become cluttered, and has info cards that are small and difficult to read. The layout of one big open space used to work when they first opened, but now it's just too much stuff and it quickly becomes crowded. And something about the industrial shelves and random display bowls just doesn't feel great. Just lacking an eye for interior design I think. Some displays are great, but the overall look and feel always leaves me disappointed.

The owner is super nice and knowledgeable, but there's an older man who works there who isn't very warm or personable and I always wonder why he is there haha (maybe he's family member).

Love love LOVE this store. The first time I went in I thought the crystals were overpriced but I bought one anyway. When I tell you the energy in it was so powerful! I went back and got more. And the quality of the crystals is amazing! I could never go back to buying cheap crystals. The extra money is so worth it and I'll pay with a smile every time.
