This spa offers a few different services. It’s a great place for spa parties and gift ideas. Who doesn’t like of “me” day? I enjoyed a few of the services offered here. The anti-aging/skin firming facials. These were great for my sun damaged skin. I feel my skin is firmer and well hydrated. The lymphatic drainage facial, is great for post menopause face swelling. It works for post cosmetic surgery as well. They have a Japanese head massage that feels great on the scalp. They also offer nail services to complete your spa day. Next on my list is the full body massage. What a great treat for Merced!

You leave with a smile, relaxed and refreshed each time ! Monique is who I see for facials she offers amazing services and very affordable. BEST in town

Highly recommend coming to this location for all your spa needs! So relaxing and much needed! I especially recommend hydrafacials with Monique, have seen a major difference in my face plumpness and brightness after my appointments. We have family in Merced and after a 6 hour drive to visit them my wife and I always get a massage at Health and Beauty to recover from the previous day's drive. Classy and upscale but unlike chain spa's or strip mall massage places this place is staffed by independent practitioners, not employees so the different specialties and pride in their work shines through.

We did the couples rejuvenating spa day. We each got a massage and pedicure. We also shared a lovely charcuterie board and bubbly cider. It was an amazing experience and extremely affordable. We will be going back for sure!
