This Beauty supply store is amazing, I am willing to travel an hour just to get to it regularly.

The selection is so wide, they have something for everyone. The prices are also very fair, the store is clean and the lady helping with the wigs is very friendly.

The only downside is that they don’t allow you to try on the wigs, I suppose they have their reasons but that would make the experience 5 star in my opinion.

Hello Beautiful?! Nope, goodbye!! Lost a sale today. There was no one on the back to help me and they were not busy. How did I resolve? Went to Somerset Beauty Supply up the street on 27. Quickly assisted and scored a better price. Not desperate nor destitute, just wanted what I needed STAT!

Helpful staff and amazing selection! If you can't find what you are looking for here, it probably isn't made. This store has everything you could ever want in beauty supplies, hair care, wigs, extensions, etc. The hair selection alone can't be beat. Pricing is pretty good. I will always go back to this store before looking elsewhere.

I come here all the time and I always spend a lot of money here. Yesterday I went to buy some bundles and I mentioned that I might need An extra pack just in case, The owner suggested I get it just in case and proceeded to tell me that I could return it if I didn’t use it. I go to return the bundle today because I actually did not need it and he told me I can only get store credit. I understand it’s on the receipt, but why would you tell me that I could return it if I couldn’t return it? After spending hundreds of dollars in here all the time this makes me very upset. I don’t understand the point in lying and you guys make too much money to just lie and steal your customers money.

Stacey and Kevin are the BEST!!! ALWAYS SO Helpful. The store is well stocked, very clean and the prices are very reasonable.

Will LIE and Convince you to buy EXTRA products if you’re unsure about the amount And tell you that you can return it if you buy it and don’t need it.

I’ve been going to this beauty supply store since they opened and I convinced my friend to shop here went with her to buy hair the OWNER convinced her she would need an extra bundle (which she didn’t open touch or use) and told her she could always just return it if she didn’t need it. After spending WELL OVER $200 she returned to the store THE NEXT DAY only 24 hours after she purchased and had the hair for him to then tell her she CANT return it and he would give her store credit. Basically TOOK her money right in her face. DISGUSTING
