I went for an a-line hair cut and end up with a half-bob/half a-line. The bangs and cut were very uneven. I had to fix my hair myself wasted 55 dollars. I even gave her a tip because it looked okay until I examined it further and was very depressed. I haven’t had my haircut in years. I felt taken advantage of. I think her name is Chelsea. I also heard she doesn’t have a hair cutting license or went to school for cutting hair. She claims she been cutting hair for 6 years. She also burnt the crap out of my scalp and hair using curler brush. I also heard they try to overcharge you. One of my friends got charged $200 for a 36 dollar haircut. So be warned! I won’t ever go there again. I really wanted to give her the benefit of doubt but the haircut was really terrible.

I scheduled with Jessica to have my hair brightened and we decided together to do a full head of baby lights and slowly make my hair blonde. Jessica was very informative and listened to exactly what i wanted. All the staff working were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I love my hair and will continue to go!

Worst experience we've ever had. Rocio colored my daughter's hair. Rocio was upset, huffing and puffing the entire time. Rocio refused to collaborate on any ideas about changing the hair style and would literally throw hissy fits and say that "I was being too confusing" "asking for two different things" and acted like I was genuinely insane for even suggesting bringing some of the pink down to the ends of her hair. Rocio was ridiculously childish and had no creative bone in her body and didnt even try to understand us and she would roll her eyes because she was so irritated by us explaining what we wanted. We spent $450 for a home job hair dye. There doesn't seem to be a way to post pictures. Figures.

Do not ever get brightly colored hair done by Rocio. This might be the worst thing that has ever been applied to my hair. Rocio is genuinely the worst person I have ever had to work with while getting my hair done. She refused to have any creativity or change the style of hair that I was wanting. My hair came out looking nothing like the reference photo, the hair is so extremely uneven and streaky and the colors are also extremely off. My hair was supposed to be dark pink and a black blue/purple and I look like Bibble from Barbie Fairytopia. Im sure every other hair dresser here is so extremely talented but please do not go to Rocio.

Had an apt with Ashley H. Super friendly, did an excellent job in cutting my naturally curly hair how I wanted it cut. I will definitely be back to have her do my trims in the future. Called on Thursday evening for an apt. They got me in on that Saturday. Amazing. Everyone I talked to at the salon was really friendly. Highly recommend this salon. You won't be disappointed.
