I have two spots I gladly spend my money at and this is one of them . Great prices and wonderful customer service. I am serious when it comes to customer service and like to feel appreciated when I'm spending my money and here even the security have great personalities and attitudes. I recommend this spot if you want good product and service at the same time

I love going to this place not only because it's convenient but the staff here is awesome as well. I would of gave this place a 5 star review had it been that this place has the very few team members that will not give you the atm withdrawal fee nor even mention it and keep it for themselves. I always tip the workers and don't mind this guy keeping the extra money. But dang, ethics ....

Since my experience over a year ago, I’ve had nothing but great service here. The team is knowledgeable, works quickly, and gets the job done right. Every visit has been smooth and professional. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and I’ve come to trust their expertise. Definitely recommend giving them a chance if you need fast and reliable service!

Prices and service depending on who you are-
a budtender girl lied to me about a deal, trying to charge me more, bad price, bad service, and all I can think of is it is because I am a light skinned person. I had to get a manager to fix the discrepancy but I got no apology.
They have a high turnover of employees there,
so make sure you see everything is in the bag before you pay- they make lots of mistakes, and sometimes, they are intentional.

Great Prices, But everything you like sells out and they dont restock till about 2 plus weeks.. other dispensarys around are pricier but they always have stock or take a day or two to bring back

Not sure why this facility carries so low stock on most items

I still preffer holistic tho vs any other dispensary.or im just so acustom to it.

So last Friday I came into the store I’ve been a customer for 6 years here they have the audacity to hire some ratchet security guards with no customer service skills some daddy yankee looking dude tried to get smart with me all cause I told him oh you guys aren’t checking IDs anymore he said what and I just ignored him cause I was trying to get my stuff and leave he continued do argue with me when I was in the pick up line saying he was gonna banned me from the store lol I talked to Rebecca the owner and she said next time I come in she will give me something lol I am good lost a loyal customer

I placed an online order specifically to not waste a trip out to this club. I recieved an email confirmation that my order was ready and when I got there I was told that, nope your out of luck, regardless of your confirmation we sold your product. The completely worthless explanation I was given by the employee who seemed annoyed that I was put out was, that it's first come first serve no matter what. Which makes their online ordering completely useless. DO NOT BOTHER TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS HORRIBLE CLUB. They completely wasted my time and didn't care at all. They deserve zero stars but that's not an option.
