I've been to so many smoke shops across the midwest and the menominee store is truly is the best place to go. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Great prices and great products. The owners should know that Alexis, Brandon, and the new beautiful young lady that works there are the reason I don't shop anywhere else. So if you need kratom, vapes, beautiful glass jewelry, or just a fantastic customer service experience, skip the rest and go to holy! Their exceptional staff is what sets them apart from the rest!

I walked in and hit greet immediately with a friendly happy smile and Jazmine in Menominee asked me if Theo was something she could help me find. I told her it eat my first time and she took the time to walk me through the whole store and explain every product to me and if she didn’t know much about she looked it up for me. I was very impressed with her knowledge and overall kindness to not only myself but the other customers that walked in as well. Let’s just say I’ll most definitely be back and checking out the other locations she mentioned as well.

Stopped to shop kratom. Let me start by saying the worker was friendly and welcoming. That said, I feel like they should have known more about kratom and it's effects for different strains. I'm by no means saying I think they should sample it all, but having knowledge helps sales and helping inform customers. I would have dropped a couple hundred on some but opted for a single pack of something because it was a best seller.All in all, a cool smokeshop. I grabbed a grinder that was really cool and a bluntsplitter. Do not buy the whiteowl sweets. They are stale.

Sooo I came in to get some wraps like a normal person I asked how much are dutches she’s says 2.50 for different flavor I asked how much are the Ogs and says the same price I tried to negotiate a price and says clearly 2 for 1.49 and she still charged me 2.50 a pack smh (Megan the worker ) and then after I buy them she says we make our prices smh

They have absolutely the BEST staff and service anywhere!
The food there is out of this world, Great with their smoked flavors! You won't find anywhere even close. Great atmosphere too! I enjoy going often

🚬 I purchase pipe tobacco, filters, & Camel menthol cigarettes and they are always fresh, never stale right from the store. They also have a great selection of old school candy. The cashiers are friendly. 🧑‍💼They interact with customers on a first name basis.
