This is my GO TO PLACE. do not hesitate. Take it from me, I’ve lived in RSM/Trabuco canyon for 30 years, and have been getting my nails done, acrylics etc for over a decade; this is the place you want to go. They reward loyalty, they have great coupons/ offers/ discounts and they are kind and friendly! Cleanliness and atmosphere are 10/10 here! follow their Instagram and Facebook to stay updated with the promos! I always have Mimi do my nails and she always does an Amazing job. I refused to go anywhere else! Everyone here is great! JUST GO!!! you won’t regret it!

I love this place. Finally there is a nail salon around that keeps up with the trends. They aren’t afraid of designs & long nails. I love how open they are to trying things. Their customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and cultivate a great environment.

Their website says they close at 7PM I arrived at their location at 5:35 and asked for a new set and pedicure. That said they didn’t have time. If they can’t take certain appointments after a certain time that’s absolutely understandable, but maybe they should post that somewhere on their website, Or change their closing time. I called another nail place less than a mile away, that also closes at 7, and asked them if they could take me for the same services and they immediately said yes. I just moved to the are and now I have my new nail place.

I have visited this Salon since they opened before Covid. Ownership has turned over a few times over the years. I loved the cleanliness of the place but I feel that they have jacked up prices with quality not being the best. I was charged $55 for a special gel manicure but my final bill was $60 because they trimmed my cuticles. Really? That's not included in the price of the gel manicure? They also don't want credit or debit payments. They charge 3% extra for that. On a previous visit they charged me $5 extra to have my nails buffed but not polished during a basic manicure. How is that extra? It's just shady.

My mother bought my wife and daughter $50 gift cards last Christmas. The new owner, this year, refused to honor the gift cards. Wouldn't waste a dime here.
