I recommend this business! Sewing machine, vacuume maintenance, and repair that you can trust. The owner does work on the premises. No need to buy new if you can fix whatever you have. If you want a new vacuum or sewing machine you will find a large selection! They had the exact accessory for my sewing machine with no waiting. 10!!!!!

This is the place to go with any vacuum repair needs, accessories, or a new vacuum! The gentleman that owns this shop is very sweet and, after reading the most previous review, is offering his products and services at the price that he can afford given supply and demand. After working in small businesses for many years now, can we all please stop comparing small business prices to corrupt/cheap Amazon prices? Anyways, if you want quality labor and products for your appliance this is the shop.

We took a brand new vacuum in for repair because it was locked in the upright position. We planned to pay for the diagnosis & repair. The owner clearly didn't want to assist us when we walked in. He made it sound like he probably couldn't fix it & quoted $70. just to look at it. We took it home & in less than a minute, my husband looked at it, loosened 2 screws and it works great now!

I called in desperate for a cord to my sewing machine and he said to bring in machine. I did and he said $28 (?) for cord. I told him it was on Amazon for $8, he said then order it there. I then asked for senior discount and i got it for $18. I understand local places cannot match online prices. I appreciate discount, but it was a mixed experience.

It’s so nice to have a business like Sew & Vac and a professional like Jimmie in our community. My wife received a Singer Featherweight as a Christmas gift. As with anything made in 1952 there were a few issues. Not only did Jimmie get it up and running like a new machine but it put quite a smile on my wife’s face. Very knowledgeable and understanding of what this machine means to her.

Brian is so efficient and helpful and lnows his vacuums. The business as a whole is great, they are so reasonably priced , they always ask me before they do anything extra to my vacuums. Frank and Susan are a wealth of knowledge of their products! Great asset to this community.

Bought a vacuum from the guy a while ago, he was complaining about how nobody uses his business anymore. After giving him my business, he started talking to me about how God was going to come down from heaven and get rid of all the democrats, as well as a bunch of other nut Job conspiracy theories. Super weird.
