My haircut turned out choppy on one side and the bottom half is not connected or blended with the top. When I called today to set up getting it fixed, the manager Aaron started laughing on the phone. Vienna took over the call and had me come in right away so she could fix it. At first it was okay, but then she blamed my hair for sitting heavy. I thought the fix for that would be some blending. She told me I just needed to let it grow. I had high hopes going in because the shop has great ratings. I wish I could leave five stars because she was so nice the first time. I now basically have a choppy mullet. There's no fixing it.

I cannot rave about Vienna enough. If you have curly hair, she is the one to go to. I haven't met a hairdresser who is as mindful about attention to detail as she is. I've been going to her for about 1.5/2 years now, and I can't imagine going to anyone else.
I get a layered look with bangs, usually 2 inches off the bottom. I go every 3 months. I have very thick, wavy to curly hair.

Every time I have gone to ideal, it am listened to and respected. I often ask for the boring hair treatment-just a trim/take as little off as possible, and that is exactly what i get. I honestly believe this is the ONLY salon I have ever been to that actually listens to “just a trim”, and i can always feel the healthy difference in my hair quality after the small trim. Secondly, my hair is handled with care and undivided attention which transpires fantastic energy. Thank you for always restoring my faith in getting my hair professionally cut.

I very rarely get my hair cut professionally... it had been over four years of me hacking away at it myself, dyeing it, bleaching it, not brushing it for days... it was a mess, and I fortuitously parked in front of Ideal Hair Salon while running errands. I thought "why not?" and made an appointment with Lori.
Without knowing my personality, I let her have a go at whatever she thought would look good on me. She did a great cut that is manageable for me, but also is fun, bold, and sexy! I have played around with it and it looks amazing whether I do nothing to it or do the whole product-blowdry-roundbrush routine.
I so so so appreciate the work she did, especially since it must be harder for her since she isn't drying hair cuz covid (which I also appreciate - she and the receptionist were very respectful of covid safety). Lori herself is personable, fun, and very communicative. I highly recommend and I definitely won't wait years now that I found a great stylist! Thank you Lori!

Vienna is amazing! She saved my dad and me and did a nice haircut for both of us and hair coloring for me! Great salon, nice people, awesome service. What else do I need? Definitely will comeback.

First timer with Lori. She hooked it up, and delivered a perfect cut. Brought in a picture of what I wanted, and she 1) knew the style and 2) quickly delivered.
For any first timer’s out there, rest assured you’ll get what you’re looking for at Ideal with Lori. While I can’t speak for the other staff from experience, I’m 99.9% confident this story could be replicated with any of them.

Went back to see Joe to purchase another wig that caught my eye on the 11/19/14, I brought my other wigs that needed attention. Joe fitted the wig i wanted and cut it to fit right to my liking, then Joe took the time to fix the 2 wigs I took with me so now they look like there my real hair.
I made a mistake going elsewhere to purchase them, only to not have the attention that Joe gives his customers. He deserves 6 stars from me. When I need another wig in a different color I will be going back to see Joe!
