Kristen has been doing my hair for almost 4 years now. Kristen is the best blonde hairdresser i’ve ever been to. not only does she get my hair right every time the prices at infinity are extremely affordable.

Talented but entitled artist from my experience, booked over social media with a recommended tech, regretted it immediately. Long story short they have a cancellation fee! I wasn’t made aware of that until I far to cancel, was told $25 on the phone, and then $37 over text with the tech. When I told her she should make new clients aware of their salons policy’s, and apologized for wasting time, I was greeted with no apology or emotion toward never being notified of this policy, nor is it listed anywhere on her account. I was planning to pay the late fee until the snobby and entitled response I got to my message. Was planning to reschedule due to it being my fault but after that it’s seeming I dodged a bullet! Steer clear!

I can’t say enough kind words about my hairstylist, Katrina! She was the perfect stylist for my bridal up-do! She was extremely patient and understanding with me as I figured out what style I would like and as I had her change little pieces of my up-do to make sure I was 100% happy with the look! (If it’s your wedding day, make sure you LOVE your hair!) She couldn’t have done my hair any better, it stayed flawless throughout the entire day and a night full of dancing! I would highly recommend Katrina for any services! She is very professional and so kind!

Watch out for overly positive reviews of this salon! I live in Japan and I'm here in Michigan visiting family. I wanted to get a cut before our family reunion this Saturday. I saw that Infinity Salon had good reviews and booked an appointment. I brought a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. Tried to show it to Amy, my stylist. She barely looked at it. Didn't look at the length or layers I wanted. So I tried to tell her what I wanted, long on the top with long layers and shorter in the back. The only question she asked me was if I wanted it cut over my ears. I told her no, I wanted to be able to tuck it behind my ears. I thought that since she didn't look at the picture I had and didn't ask me a lot of questions initially that she'd ask me as she gave me the hair cut. However, she didn't say anything to me. Her disposition was very unfriendly and uncommunicative. When she picked me up from the waiting area, she had a sour, disgruntled look on her face. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I think her technique was similar to a barber shop hair dresser. The back of my hair looks manish and has a blunt, unflattering cut. The sides are not the same length. It is not at all the hair cut that I wanted. I was mortified when I saw it in the mirror. She wanted to shave the back of my neck at the end of the cut, but after seeing the terrible job she didn't, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I do not recommend this salon. It's cheap, but the technique is sorely lacking and the stylists are not professional.

Tiffany is the best!!! My daughter and I both enjoy getting our nails done. We have been going for several years. We alway enjoy giving Tiffany different designs. She's always up for the challenge! She does an amazing job. We highly recommend her!!!

Absolutely Amazing!
I came in for a consult with JoAnna and she was wonderful! She offered and did a patch test since I have very sensitive skin and many severe allergies. Happy to say, no reactions! I needed a colour correction due to the stylist I saw the last two times at a different salon not doing or achieving what I requested (gave them a second chance to correct and it was worse). I also needed something done as soon as possible before the holiday and events I had coming up. JoAnna took time out of her day, the very next day, to accommodate me and all I can say is WOW! AMAZING!
Everyone was so friendly which is so nice and refreshing!
I highly recommend Infinity Salon & Spa!

I highly recommend both Katie and Infinity Salon and Spa. I have been going to Katie for the last 8 years my cut, color and highlights are always spot on. The salon is very comfortable clean and always has a very upbeat vibe.
