My very 1st manicure...WORST $30 I've ever spent in my life($35 if you include outrageous tip I gave for dismal job). Didn't even do anything fancy, just had her paint my own nails. The gel polish pooled up on one side of all my nails so it was really thick on 1 side & thin on the other. Polish was stuck on some of my skin too. As I mentioned, this was my 1st experience so I didn't know squat about the process, but more often than not anymore I see woman w/manicured nails & I know what they should look like. What I got, was most definitely the polar opposite of that! I picked it all off that night because I couldn't stand to look at it. I would love to get my money back. I don't know the name of the girl that did it...probably doesn't matter. There was someone else getting a manicure at the same time w/an older, probably more experienced lady. I'll bet she got a way better job than I did. Whoever is in charge needs to take this girl aside & either train her more, or tell her to slow down & not goop on the polish. Needless to say that was my 1st & last mani experience here.

First time there! My bf & I both got haircuts. I LOVE mine! It was a BIG change for me! Almost to my waist & left with a bob! She was AWESOME! I forgot her name but she had really curly hair! 🥰

Always a pleasure doing business here! They take amazing care of my 90 year old grandma and all of our pedicures and nails never looked better. Kim is amazing at hair and Mandy is top notch!!

Always receive top of the line services especially from Mandy Franklin the owner. I have taken advantage of many of their services like pedicures, facial, and hair services and have been highly satisfied with them all. Their business is extremely clean and all the ladies that work their are really friendly. I would recommend this salon to everyone! Just love them!

First time in- was told my hair was pretty scraggly after she cut completely wrong.. looking to get my $ back .. I was with a stylist named sally. Hard when a stylist cuts wrong and then cut you down also

I visited Jacklyn's Hair & Nail Design for the first time. I think they're doing a great job of trying to keep their clients safe from Covid.
I was just happy to be able to get my haircut and visit with my favorite barber/beatician. Jane always does a wonderful job.
