Lady at the store wouldn’t let me try out a hair clip next to my hair to see if it matched because she said it wasn’t allowed to touch m my hair (understandable). Yet she allowed another customer to try on a whole wig. Doesn’t make sense.

When I saw this store open I was very excited to walk in and see products that I could any ever find on Amazon. I walked around and was so overwhelmed and Connie, the owner of the store, was very helpful and she really listens to what you are wanting. I have been shopping with her now for about 6 months and she has really helped me find the perfect products that I have been super happy with. She is straight up and honest which is nice and refreshing. She really knows her stuff and has gone above and beyond getting a product for me.
I’m really bummed to see that people have given her such a horrible reviews because she is so very helpful and is very personable. She loves her customers and always has a smile on her face. I wish good customers would give her reviews and not just the bad ones who don’t understand Connie’s wonderful customer service. Thank you for all you do Connie! You are amazing.

On my first visit to Jade Beauty Supply I found something I had been looking for for over a year which was on sale....win/win. The owner explained why the product had been on sale advising me I would not be able to return it. I was okay with that because my search was over. My second visit to the store was even more satisfactory when the owner introduced me to a new nail polish that I absolutely love. Jade Beauty Supply has a nice selection of great products that the staff is educated on. No more wasting money I use on products one time after not being satisfied with it. She knowledgable, remains abreast of the trends and she, the owner, as well as her husband provide truly fabulous service. I was so pleased at the outstanding level of expertise and service at Jade Beauty today. Connie was incredible. I was interested in exploring Jane Iredale products, but unsure of which shade & primer. Connie quickly & effortlessly applied everything I needed. I left feeling fabulous and pleased with my purchases. It is obvious she loves her job with her knowledge of the products, attention to detail, and willingness to help.

This Asian lady works here is very rude, she does not know how to treat people, go somewhere else. She makes you feel very uncomfortable while you are shopping. Read the reviews. Everyone should be treated with respect and kindness, she does not have these qualities.

It was my first time in the store and I was very excited to come and see some top brands that I had liked. However, the Asian lady was following me and asking me if I needed help three times while I just wanted to look for products. After standing at the Amika product section (I have never seen it sold in person, I was excited), she had asked me for the fourth time if I needed help. At this point she looked bothered and wanted me to look & buy immediately. I was only in the store for 5 minutes….. she was very rude and unkind. Please expect them to assume that everyone is stealing if you are browsing. I would be more than happy to show her my purse and my bag, but she did not have to stand and stare me down while I was trying to buy products from her store. Some people need time to look. Never again….
