Would not recommend I was approved for this card and it arrived no problem, however the PIN number I had set up during application did not work. Not a problem I thought as you can check the PIN and reset it on the app. The app would not load properly for a week and upon calling customer services they give a clear time frame for the app being fixed, however they could order me a new PIN. Over 7 working days later I still have no PIN and the app is now working but I have restricted access until my new PIN arrives!!! Very frustrated as I ordered this card for Christmas purchases which is now gone as it’s the 20th! Very disappointed and cancelling card unused!

Really easy to deal with and set up. The app is easy to use and intuitive, a lot better than some out there! Balance transfers, card activation, and account management are all simple. I have only been a customer for a few weeks, but I wish I had found Jaja sooner

Straightforward application form to complete. My card arrived within 3 days and i activated it via the app-again very straightforward. Very good initial credit limit and 4 months no interest on purchases.

Excellent and good customer service,Jaja Master Card is very easy to activated on the Internet and the interest rate is low not like the other cards .so I’m pleased with the company. I wish I could have found this card earlier before I applied before I got my other cards, thank you, Jaja.
