I had gonna back twice Theses 2 time we’re alright .
And this was my third time going i wanted To dye my hair for a long time and I didn’t know where to go so I went there because the other 2 time I went I liked how the did my. Hair and on. My third time. Going I wanted.
to get a balayage hair dye and this is what I got They charged me $150 for this When they were donde i didn’t said nothing because I’m not that type of person makes problems

Expensive for just a simplest male haircut. It took around 10 minutes, and they charged me $25. Other places keep from $15-$20. Also I asked for a price chart, but they didn't show me. Rather they were asking me about the type of service I want, then they will inform the price verbally. I was mainly asking that for my friends so that I can inform them. I would strongly suggest them to keep different services and their prices to make clearly visible. That should be placed in the cashier front service in bigger, so that customers can decide about services they will request, after seeing the prices.

I went to go get my highlights done and I asked the hairstylist guy if he is able to do the hair highlights I wanted or similar. I even showed hi a picture of the the color I wanted. I was there for 5 hours and when the hair was done it was horrible. I tried to explain to him this isn’t what I wanted but he insisted that it was what i wanted. He completely ignored me and just gave me a discount cause I didn’t like it. He never asked me to fix the hair. And another worker told him that he had done a great job! And I told her I wasn’t happy with my hair but nobody offered me another option which was to fix it. I felt like it was very unprofessional of them and I’m not happy with what they did because I had to pay the total price for a terrible job. I will never get my hair done here and I don’t recommend this place. I felt like I waisted my time trying to tell them what I wanted, they could’ve just told me they weren’t able to do it and I could’ve saved myself my time and money .

I made an appointment online apparently if you don’t confirm your appointment your stylist will refuse to move forward with the appointment that’s already scheduled 😒 why even have an option to book online?! Oh and VERY sassy and rude giving me a $400 price quote based on my hair length that’s not going to change my mind ANYWAYS if you want great serve go to Ulta’s Salon in Turlock

Got a lovely haircut from Arcadia she's super nice, easy to chat with and takes her time to perfect exactly what you want done. I got a big chop and lots of layers for a shaggy look it came out amazing even better than I could've asked for. My style definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea, but she has also cut my mom's hair before and it came out just as great!! She styled it too but I did mess with it so it's a little flat in the photo but the layers are awesome trust me!!!!

I took my daughter to get a haircut and Maria was available but didn’t even do what my daughter asked to be done to her hair.

This was my 2nd time going in for waxing my eyebrows. First time was great however this time I was severely BURNED underneath my eyebrows. When I contacted the manager of the salon she proceeded to tell me that "I must be having a reaction to the wax because my employee has been working here for years without any complaints so it's definitely not my employee's fault." Seriously? So I walk into the store for a refund but I wanted the Manger to actually see my physical burns and she said she didn't need to see it, she was in a meeting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
