A work friend recommended me to her as I loved her results.
Jenny did a fantastic job on my hair the first time I came in. She did color and highlights. I was impressed. She said she had years of experience.
The second time around I asked to do the same thing. My hair color was off. Jenny had me come back the following day to fix it with highlights. The highlights were on house since I had to come back and they did help.
The atmosphere can be updated but she gets the job done.
Jenny is friendly and welcoming.

She is very kind, does a great job, and has reasonable pricing/she will work with you but explain exactly what you want. I got highlights and a haircut and I'm very pleased with her work. If there is any issue she is very willing to fix it and has no attitude whatsoever! It was so refreshing to find someone who is just warm and accommodating and great at what she does. I definitely will be coming back ?. So happy I found her.

I have learned to always read the reviews and trust my gut after this experience.

her place is about two blocks from where I am staying, and I called her to get pricing and times she is available for an appointment. I told her I might be able to be there at a certain time and she said great and hung up on me. My gut told me "I didn't like that..." but I felt obligated to show up since she said she would be there (that is totally on me) and I was distracted because I was wrapping up work.

I got to the salon and she seemed to be swaying... I wanted to turn around and leave but I felt guilty so I stayed.

As soon as she took the scissors to my hair something felt very crude about it.. she wasn't doing all the same movements that I have had with other people who have trimmed my hair, comparing lengths ect. She was very kind while I was there but she didn't seem to actually be caring for my hair.

Then a nice gentleman came while she was cutting my hair and literally made a joke that she cant mess up his hair because it gets it all one length...

then another person came by and I thought the exchange was so strange... I am wondering if her shop is a money laundering place because and she handed him like... a power wattage sticker? and said "here you go baby" and he said "you want 100" and he smelled a bit like alcohol.

anyway... lesson learned, SLOW DOWN and LISTEN to my gut.

My hair cut is nothing like usual (all I wanted was a trim) and I think I have to go get it fixed (and def not from her)

Very nice lady but she did not do my hair the way I wanted....very sloppy and brassy! Shop is run down a bit place was not very clean her station was very cluttered and using old equipment. Again very nice lady good conversation just not very good as a colorist. I decided to find another place to fix my hair rather than go back to let her try.

asked for a combover with a fade on the sides and got a straight up 2 on the sides. i’ve personally never had a haircut this bad. i was just confused on why jenny would cut my hair if she didn’t know how to do a fade. if you’re a guy and need a haircut i would go elsewhere. 20$

Jenny was absolutely amazing. I love how she did my daughter's hair for her kindergarten graduation pictures. I recommend her for kids cuts as well as adults.

She is a nice lady but very poorly on her work. She cut my hair so ugly that I can't even put on extensions. I'm so upset.

Love the friendly atmosphere a great place to go and have your hair done. And.. they provide hair supplies and extras like hair extensions(best prices), top of the line hair straighteners, curlers, and more.
It's a one stop hair shop!!!
