I love going to this salon for brow lamination and tinting by Chelsea. She has worked hard to help me grow my brows back and work with what I have to keep me looking fresh. I’ve grown so much more confident since she started taking care of my brows.

I got my nails done today by Andrea and she did a phenomenal job. She takes her time, pays attention to detail, and gave me a beautiful set that feels so comfortable on my hands. I’ve had poor experiences other places that make my nails too thick or don’t have time for art. Andrea made sure to get my nails to a comfortable length and shape, and didn’t shy away from a cute design. Love!

I have been coming to Jessica and co for about 6 months now, I always see Diana, she’s a great stylist and offers suggestions and asks what I’m thinking. She takes great care in the work she’s doing and is always friendly.

I’ve had full highlights done, full color and every time not a single detail is missed. And she offers to style my natural curls for me too.

10/10 love coming here and the service I receive. Thank you Jessica and thank you Diana for exceptional service every time.

Yesterday, I had a haircut appointment at 1pm with Diana. I called I was ten minutes late due to a Dr. Appointment going late. I had a bad experience. Diana had a bad attitude and she would not talk to me, and when she was straightening my hair and then blowing drying it, she was hurting me when I was brushing my hair she hurt my ear and I just didn’t like the attitude either. Not to mention I just realized this morning my hair is uneven

I’ve been here twice, and each time I felt extremely uncomfortable and judged by the staff.
For example, I came in for an appointment and instead of being greeted, I was just asked very coldly by a hair stylist, “What are you here for?” the staff just looked at me like judgmental mean girls. It threw me off and made me very anxious the entire time I was there.
They do well at their services, but the vibe is just not it.

I had a haircut appointment with Diana the other day. I am very happy with my haircut and loved how quick and to the point she was. She asked what I wanted, I let her know and showed her a picture, and she got right to it. Turned out exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be coming back 🙂

I booked an appointment online weeks in advanced for a full cut color and highlight with a detailed note regarding the current state of my hair since this was my first time visit this salon. I arrived only to be shouted at over loud music trying to explain that I had an appointment booked. Once my stylist, Diana, was ready she waived me over to my chair and gestured for me to sit never saying a word or introducing herself. At this point Jessica came to consult my hair which I found odd considering I had booked my appointment with Diana. After looking at my reference photos for about 20 seconds she gave Diana a brief explanation of how to preform the cut and color. I sat for 2.5 hours letting the color process and once the foils were taken out there was zero change. Clearly seeing that she made no progress she reluctantly asked if I had time to try something else. At this point she began applying color directly to my virgin roots without warning which based off the reference photos I showed I clearly did not want colored. While sitting again for 2 more hours of processing I watched as another employee walked around barefoot vaping inside the salon. Once I was finished processing my hair was quickly dried, “cut” and styled to hide the results. She kept my back to the mirror and took my cape of saying we were done. At this point she offered to have me book another appointment to fix it. After spending more than $200 for a hack job and blotchy highlights with awful customer service I would never return to this salon or recommend to anyone in the area. It’s a scam.

I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for their hair or nails done. My mom worked there, so I knew all the workers there. She was very happy with her job because everyone was so friendly and treated equally. I only get my hair done there, and I will continue to for the rest of my life. Very clean, trendy, and extremely nice people. They give you exactly what you want with no mistakes. They are very focused on the customers needs. I have a very sensitive scalp, yet I have never felt uncomfortable when I go there. I’ve never got my nails done, but I am looking forward to it because I have heard extremely good things from other people. Jessica and company is the only salon I will go to! I give them 💯 stars!

This is my new favorite place. I have a hard time letting someone new cut my hair, but my stylist was on point and knew exactly what I wanted while being super friendly. I've booked her to do my hair and my bridal party's hair for my wedding! Getting my nails done here has been the best experience as well. I've gone to 3 different places to get acrylics and Angie at Jessica and Co. is the best in the business!
