I had an incredibly disappointing experience at K Beauty SMP in Mountain View. From the moment I walked in, I felt uneasy. The waiting area was unkempt, with dirty floors and old magazines strewn about. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence.

When I was finally taken to the treatment room, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The equipment looked outdated and poorly maintained. The technician seemed inexperienced and rushed through the procedure, causing me significant discomfort. At no point did he explain what he was doing or what I should expect, leaving me anxious and in pain.

To make matters worse, the treatment results were far from what was promised. Instead of seeing any improvement, my scalp was left irritated and inflamed for days. When I tried to contact the clinic to discuss my concerns, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy.

Overall, my experience at K Beauty SMP was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable clinics that prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care—this is not one of them.
