I’ve been coming here for years and love the owner and her work.

I came on a day when the owner was not here. I asked for a facial and the employee was hesitant about doing a facial. Although she tried to convince me to do something else, all I wanted was a facial.

After a few minutes, she said she could do it.

However, she was so rushed and basically slapped my face with the products.
She only did 3 extractions and quickly placed the towel on my face. I was so confused at how quick she finished and left me in the room.

I felt so sad & disappointed. It wasn’t up to par with the facials I’ve received there.

I know the owner does phenomenal facials, which is why I felt so sad because I expected the same quality.

After the facial, the employee suggested I get my eyebrows threaded and still asked for a tip as well.

I will continue to come here but only when the owner is here.

I was ecstatic to see a threading salon in Morgan Hill. I have been going here for 2 years. The owner is wonderful and does a great job threading. Unfortunately, my last visits have not been as pleasant due to the new staff. To be clear, I am very happy with how the owner threads my eyebrows as well as her demeanor and customer service. However, I have not had the same experience with the new employee. First of all, she does not shape my brows whatsoever, leaving them uneven and a bit deformed. She also seems rushed and distracted by her toddler which may be in part the cause of me receiving poor quality threading. I have no issue with someone needing to bring his/her child to work. But in this case, it appears to be a distraction and is interfering with a good quality threading job. I have gone back a few times out of necessity but my most recent visit was very disappointing - particularly the bad shape of my brows and lots of missed hair. I do not intend to return unless the owner is able to thread my brows.

Hi, I have been going for a couple of years now to Kaur beauty salon and it is so convenient as there that is the only place that does threading in this part of town and they are open 6 days a week making it even better. The lady there now also has a pretty good hand at threading. Can make out she is professional. Her little daughter is there with her who is usually playing with anyone who walks in. She just wants someone to play and talk. Pretty accommodating for a 2 year old I must say and Money (the girl there) is able to attend to customers as well. Though, in between she corrects the girl but she's 2 years so it is needed. All in all, my eyebrows and threading is perfect and that's all that matters.

My daughter & I like going to get our eyebrows done here. Always such a nice, welcoming environment & our eyebrows look great when we are done….. bonus we get to chat with her 2 year old daughter who is so cute & gives us a sweet goodbye on our way out❣️

I took my daughter recently. Shes a teen n not very experienced in eye brow threading. The person who was at salon was fast but gentle. N precise. Dud not hurt or cut at all. My daughter loved her eye brows!!! N i will definitely go to this salon again.

Fast and amazing service. Person who did my eyebrows noticed the thread was too thick and quickly switched to a thinner thread that was much more gentle. Will be coming back!!! Thanks KAUR BEAUTY!!! I would post pictures… but I look like a hot mess 😅

PAINFUL. I walked in and asked for full face threading but regretted it the second she started. She was incredibly rough and to make matters worse, while she abused me, her daughter abused my son. I had my 3-year-old son with me, who I set up with screen-time while I got threaded. When she walked out with her 2-year-old daughter I gave her a big hello and introduced my son. I completely understand needing to have your child with you at work, no problem at all, but her daughter repeatedly grabbed and hit my son. At first I excused it because she was 2 and she looked like maybe she was trying to hug him, with her arms wrapped around his neck, but the woman had to stop threading me every 30 seconds to scold her out of control daughter while my son said "Stop" and "I need space." Had it gone on a minute longer, I would have lost it, but thankfully we survived the chaotic and traumatic experience and I just wanted to get out of there. Avoid at all costs. A lot of money for me and my son to deal with that abuse.

New women doing the services:
- Rough (i let her know before we started that I’m sensitive.) (cuts under one eyebrow)
- When I got home, I noticed I needed to re-pluck my eyebrows. They were not even at all.
- baby crying and she was on the phone the whole time.

The normal lady is wonderful but whoever is subbing needs a lot more training. Won’t return unless I know the regular specialist is there.
