Wandered in KOI Wellbeing recently and chatted with Melz who manages the front. I love alternative healthcare, and so much enjoyed chatting with her and was very impressed by her knowledge & appreciated her insight and caring vibe. I came back to get an IV/push (done by RN Rebel, and she was great!). KOI is a very clean & comfortable environment—-w/ a good range of services and products. I forward to coming back!

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted right away! Everyone is so sweet at the front desk and ready to answer any and all questions. My nurse really prioritized my comfort and checked on me regularly while getting my IV therapy. This was my first time doing this and after I felt better then ever! I’ll definitely be back!

I was looking for a place to receive IV treatment and decided to try Koi Wellbeing based on the reviews. What a great decision that was! Everything about the process from scheduling to receiving the IV was phenomenal. I arrived early to my appointment and the staff were able to accommodate me and get me started early. Rod was the nurse who helped set everything up and her work was flawless. I decided to go with the Forever Young and loved how I felt afterwards. I can’t recommend this place enough and am already looking forward to the next time I make it in. Thank you to Koi Wellbeing and their staff for providing such a great experience!

I felt so welcomed as soon as I checked in, everyone was very attentive. My nurse explained everything before hand so I felt confident since it was my first time going for IV therapy. I couldn’t ask for a better experience definitely will be going back my energy levels have improved and I can definitely see a difference.

Koi Wellbeing is the cutest! The staff were so chill, and the doctor was amazing! Like, where do I sign up for a bestie Botox sesh?! The whole thing was super quick—just enough time to smooth out a wrinkle and still make brunch! Highly recommend if you wanna feel cared for and get snatched!

I was very pleased with the results and staff at Koi Well Being. This was my first time getting Botox done and Dr Wainwright was great. She explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. With her knowledge and experience the procedure was quick and painless. Melissa at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this establishment to family and friends. I will be back. Thank you.

I went to Koi to have Botox done for the first time in my life and was ecstatic with the results! Dr. Wainwright made sure that I was comfortable and listened to me as I expressed my concerns (eleven, crows, a little bit of the forehead) and wants (still wanted some movement). I’m very pleased with the results and will be returning when I need to have a touch-up again! Thank you Koi, Dr. Wainwright for your work, and Mr. Gonzalez for making sure I was situated properly! 🙂
