Great place to pickup some Korean skincare in the Pasadena area. Everything’s a little pricey compared to if you order the same products on Amazon or Stylevana. Maybe $5-10 more at this store. The markup may be worth it though, if you need something and can’t wait. They have pretty good stock, but I’d love to see some more Numbuzin products beyond the serums.

Shopped here a few weeks ago it’s very obvious this place is racist and only caters to Asian. I a black women walked into the store hoping to buy something but was met with stares and one of the employees watched me the entire time as if I was going to steal. Also saw employees giving me dirty looks whenever I walked past, which they did super obviously so that I would see. So disappointed if you are not Asian do not shop here.

I went to shop here yesterday, and I had a good experience shopping here. I’m not from LA, but from the East Coast. I’m only here on holiday, where I’m from you have to specially order the products because there isn’t any KBeauty nearby. Everyone working here was really nice and welcoming to me. They have a wide assortment of products. If I had a question, people were really nice in answering them.

I hope to go back when I come back to LA.

As someone who also works in high-theft retail with a focus on Asian beauty and products, I can understand loss prevention tactics to guarantee that potentials sales wouldn’t be lost. But it entirely ruins the shopping experience for customers especially those with their family. Employees will blatantly profile you and stand/hover around you while swatching the products. We had an employee surround us for 3 minutes, staring us down swatch a few lip tints while my boyfriend stood to the side of me and my younger, eleven year old sister. We walked out simply because we didn’t feel welcomed. Horrible service and experience in this store. You can find the same products for cheaper around the mall.

I LOVE this korean beauty store! It has a variety of Korean skincare brands that I usually am looking for, also they have a bunch of Korean makeup! Which I adore. The workers are EXTREMELY nice and will assist you if you need it. Every time I go to this mall, Korheim is always one of the stores I will enter!

Super nice staff but not always the most knowledgeable when it comes to skincare so I recommend doing your research beforehand/knowing what products you want to try out. The prices are a bit more expensive than Olive Young and YesStyle but that’s bc those stores ship from Korea and they’re cheaper there (you also have to wait a couple weeks to a month for shipping unless you pay for express shipping). There’s a good product selection and most items have testers out so you can check out the smell/texture, they also have everything neatly organized by skin care category which makes shopping easy. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning discrimination but personally I haven’t experienced that here (I’m Mexican American). Korheim is my favorite in person K Beauty store and I would definitely recommend checking it out 🙂
They also accept Afterpay which is cool lol

This store has constantly discriminated against me and my mother two Mexicans whenever I come here we get followed and today these two women constantly followed us trying to catch us stealing then they confronted us in front of other people. When east asians shop at the store no one bats an eye but when a non asian people shop here everyone is made uncomfortable. Not only have I experienced this but my other friends as well wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business soon following and discriminating over their $2 korean chalk pallets. 🙂

I dont understand all the bad reviews. After the consistent burglary that has been going on it makes sense any and every store would be more strict and surveillanced. I dont think they are doing it because of your race. They are just being cautious due to the burglaries. And korean skin care is not that cheap. A couple of products can easily come up to 1k.

Im not sure who it is but the owner or manager is insanely nice. She knows alot about the products and make great recommendations(shes also beautiful!). She is even willing to search and import products that we want!! The covid killed some of my favorite korean skin care shops and she is willing to provide me and many others those products! So dont be afraid to leave her a note of a product you really want.

Also dont expect some of the employees to be super detailed in the products. They dont come out of college with a Bachelor’s in beauty and health and work there. Just read the packaging and do some research yourself.

The employees has never bothered me or make me feel unwelcomed. They are all super nice and some are willing to help you specifically on certain products. And on top of that they give you goodies for purchasing a certain amount. This definitely makes me want to buy more and i always do. I dont work here or know anyone personally. Im just a customer who really appreciates this store and the owner/manager. And i really dont understand the amount of negative reviews this place has.
