K.P. Beauty now sells inferior quality products, has very limited inventory, does not stand by the products they sell under the assumed warranty and offers zero problem resolution and customer support in the situations of their equipment failure.

Our medical facility has ordered professional beauty equipment from K.P. Beauty since 2011 and was very happy with the past orders.

On August 7th, 2018 after our old KP209B sterilizer died after many years of service, we have called to order the replacement. We were told that that specific model was discontinued, so we were offered a Baby Face sterilizer instead and were told that this is the same professional quality equipment.

When the sterilizer arrived it looked very cheaply made and was visibly inferior quality compared to our old one. Consequently, after only six months of service sterilizer has stopped working.

On January 9th, 2019 we have called K.P. Beauty for product support and resolution, being under the impression that the equipment must be covered under the warranty. We have spoken with Kevin and pretty much got zero support regardless of being in the emergency situation with one of our sterilizers not working in a very busy medical facility and requiring immediate problem resolution.

According to Kevin, K.P. Beauty might try to fix the defective sterilizer only if we will ship the product back to them from East to West coast at our own expense and this process will take a few weeks regardless of promised one year product warranty.

After we have asked if this could be the UV lamp bulb failure and would the company overnight us the replacement bulb, we were told that K.P. might check if they have the replacement light bulbs in stock and if they locate it - they will ship it to our medical facility via regular mail sometimes next week. If the UV lamp bulbs would be located and we needed quicker turn around we would have to pay for expedite shipping. No other options were offered.

When our Medical Spa has offered to purchase a new sterilizer and to return the defective device for a full refund we where told by Kevin that K.P. Beauty needs to first check if they have any sterilizers available on stock, considering they have a very limited inventory, and he will call us back some times next week to inform us of product availability. That was after we have stressed repeatedly that our very busy medical facility can not function with one sterilizer down and this situation required immediate resolution. The company just could care less!

Kevin refused to provide direct email or phone number for K.P. Beauty owner - Tereza for farther escalation and problem resolution.

If you need reliable professional equipment and the company that stands by the products it sells, is ready to resolve problems and critical situations, honors it's professional reputation and understands the fast paced nature of its clientele - look elsewhere!
