I have seen it all from this Kroger. I once bought apple sauce and when I got to the bottom it turns out it was all mold. I took it back and the lack of poor customer service did not raise any concerns. They asked what I wanted them to do. Of course I said make it right and the best they could do was issue a refund of the $4.99. Didn’t care about selling moldy products which is a safety concern. Can’t bring anything back without them giving you a hard time. This time, we bought some pretty pricey peanut butter. Turns out, it was someone else’s returned item. With lack of customer service, I would be wasting time to bring this back to the store. Employees believe they are better than customers and expect a good reaction when refund are issued on a in store credit that fails to work. Disappointing for a company to allow this. Especially when this store makes $150,000/week according to krogers auditing employees.

Clean store. Marketplace so it’s pretty big with many departments for home (not just food ) their online click list curbside service is pretty good. I do wish their hours were extended . I found some awesome makeup deals but of course they didn’t ring up correct but the cashier adjusted every single item . Took forever . They should do better with marking things down in their systems
But overall nice Kroger .
Oh another good thing never have to wait in line long . Which is my favorite thing about all Kroger’s.

5 stars goes to Amelia who works there she was working outside gathering all the shopping carts and I needed her help she went above and beyond for me , my spaghetti was opened and as I was loading my groceries in the car the whole spaghetti fell everywhere on the ground and trolley. She went inside kroger grabbed me another spaghetti and came out running. I'm glad there's still good people in this world.

I’ve placed my order at 9am picked up my online order for the first time on my way home since it wouldn’t be ready until 5-6! And I still can’t cook dinner and when I called the store about exchanging the frost-bite chicken the guy tells me it’s nothing they can do since I left the store! Is it not on your website that you guys are suppose to pick the best option available? This chicken isn’t even edible and has a smell frozen and defrosted! Pretty pathetic of you Kroger, after working all day the last thing I want to do is waste money in this economy on inedible food and still have to figure dinner out. Absolutely disgusted! No one can be trusted to do the job they signed up to do and there is no accountability for this type of waste!!!

Great selection of specialty foods! I follow a gluten free, dairy free diet and it is sometimes hard to find a grocery store to accommodate me. This store had many options and many were even organic! Very clean and organized as well. I would highly recommend them even if you have to drive an extra mile.

Went to the 26 & Romeo Plank Kroger store. Asked where the olive oil was. Staff member said I don’t know and walked away. The olive oils was one aisle away. Ironically not with the other cooking oils. We found it on our own.
Husband has eye sight issues and asked an employee to help him find a spice. She told him it’s alphabetical, you know a-b-c. If my husband could see the labels he may have seen the alphabet but he has eye sight issues.
He complained to the manager who could care less.
Long time Kroger customer. We are switching to Meijer. Employees actually care.

My wife ordered a cake online to be picked up today. It's my son's 9th birthday. I went in and the lady at the bakery could not find it. I showed her the order on my phone. She was so awesome, she said "give me 20 minutes and I'll make it for you"! I wish I got her name it was 10:20 am 1/14/2024. She didn't have to do that, she could of said "sorry it's not here". Thank you so much! You are genuinely a very good person

Diane, store manager for the evening, very nasty, not willing to do her job. When I asked for her name she removed her name tag and started waving it in my face almost hitting me. When I confronted her that she isn’t doing her job, she told me to call the cops. All I needed was the code for sodastream returnable.
