Was quiet quoted one price, charged another for a haircut. No style or shampoo. Over priced for a mediocre cut. Not even what I expected.
I treated myself to a birthday haircut and left feeling awful because she got offended by me asking to define the layers a little more. Pure contempt while she finished the cut. It was an instant mood change when I was underwhelmed with the cut.

I originally went because Matthew was so helpful and amazing.
I will never go back because of the experience with Linda.

I love coming here whenever I visit La Quinta. They carry just about all of the products that I want and I'm so glad that they carry brands that I've had a hard time finding anywhere else- especially ENJOY, Formula 18, and Sebastian. The staff here is also very helpful with finding any products or showing you color swatches to get a better idea of a hair color that you may be interested in.

Be Careful! These beauticians in here quote you a cost over phone
so you schedule appointment, then when you get there the cost is increased.
and they increase again. The cost increases and they do less work.. Like they wouldn't even dry my hair!! Come on man!! They are not up front with cost!! Also, if their stock is low they will use whatever is there and send you home with orange roots.. And I paid for that!! Bring your own color if you want the right color every time.
NOTE: The prices are higher at LaQuinta Beauty Supply for shampoos etc. suggest to compare with Amazon before purchasing.. I found that Amazon had shampoos, conditioner, sprays at least $2.00 per bottle cheaper. Amazon offer free shipping to anyone spending $25.00 or more.
If it's on sale at LaQuinta Beauty Supply, its been sitting in a storage and has expired dates.

Priscilla is an absolute angel. She is so knowledgeable about color, products and how to solve problems.

Best store for wigs, and any other hair needs. Was helped by the nicest lady ever. Unfortunately forgot to ask her name but she helped me pick out my wigs and helped me with some much needed shampoo&conditioner and scalp therapy for thinning hair. She was so great, and very sweet, she's a great worker, don't lose her!! (Since I can't remember her name,, she had light blue silverish hair with pink underneath) I suggest this place to anyone wanting to get great customer service and any special hair needs. Thanks again!!!

I went to get hair trim, layers, bangs. Girl at desk said Laura was from El Paseo. She would be great.
I showed 3 photos, told Laura I was terrified of another bad cut.
She gave lovely.lip service but chopped bangs and it looks bad.
When I mentioned my chopped bangs after, she laughed and said I was right, and that now I would need to just grow them out.
She is a redhead too, so when she mentioned lightening my hair I said ok, but I made her promise she would NOT dry my hair out.
Wrong. My hair very brittle.
Very unprofessional experience.

I get many of my hair care supplies here. One of the employees there turned me on to 'eprouvage'. Eprouvage is easily the most fantastic line of hair products I have ever used. I have recommended it to so many and they all agree and love it, too. The folks there are so nice, helpful and welcoming.
