I made an appointment with Hannah (who was recommended to me and who I asked for) and when I got there she directed me to Leo to get my lashes done. First visit with a full set and they looked good. However he did smell like smoke which was not enjoyable. Second visit was in 2.5 weeks for a fill. Leo did them again and at the end there was a big gap that I had to request to be filled after Hannah had to come over and inspect. Leo did fix it. My lashes didn't look as good as the first visit. In 1 week they looked terrible. Worse than before I went to get the fill. They are uneven with many gaps. I paid for 2D and I'm pretty sure I only hot single because it's only single lashes falling out. I also overheard another customer come in and complain about the same issue. My lash fill was on the 28th and came in person on the 7th so they could see how bad they look and if they could fix the issue. Hannah explained to me that if I want them full I need to come in every week and the eyelash loss is normal due to the glue always being a month old. She said she could make an appointment but I would be charged fill price for another fill. No apologies or general customer service. I'll post pictures of first full set, fill and 9 days after fill. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because it's not cheap.

My technician was highly skilled and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She explained the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The quality of the lashes is fantastic, and they look both natural and glamorous. I've received so many compliments!

I had a horrible experience. The staff is a hit or miss on experience. The average eyelash application is an hour. I was on their bed for over two hours. The entire time she pinched my eyelids repeatedly with tweezers and in the end, my lashes were uneven. I had to get back on the bed a second time for her to remove lashes then to add some in certain areas. All for preferences I had explained at the start.

When I got in my car the lashes towards the inner eye had twisted inward. I walked back inside to complain and all I was told is they could try and fix the problem which meant leave another customer waiting half way done or come back later (which I couldnt do). But the language barrier was extremely frustrating. No one fully understands. They finally called a manager and she offered a $20 discount on my $103 bill.

I ended up leaving and not accepting their $20 discount. The customer waiting saw how bad my lashes looked and was demanding I get a full refund but they refused to refund me despite the horrible job done on me.

So visit this place at your own risk.

Great service here! I came to try the 2D lashes for the first time, done by Leo, and he really made sure to take time and make them look very nice. All the other workers were kind as well and I would definitely come back again.

Paid $100 for first time lashes. They were suppose to be 3d however the lashes were majority single lashes with a few that looked a little thicker but didn’t fan open. I’ve had my lashes done before at other places and they’ve lasted up to 4 weeks still full. It has been a week and majority are gone. Absolutely a waste of money for something that doesn’t even last a week. Pretty much I would just go somewhere else. Staff was friendly…….
