Used to be much better, now they're just unprofessional. The tellers were all gossiping about their boss saying they don't get off their ass to fill prescriptions and they loudly announced that my niece was waiting on psych meds. Might just switch to Walmart pharmacy.

As a disabled veteran with a walker, one of their kind service people went the extra mile to help me in and out of the door and to fill my prescription quickly, I was so moved I tried to give her a gratuity which she refused. God bless you sweet lady,

While Lake Pharmacy staff has always been polite and professional, the pharmacy’s inability to consistently provide the medications prescribed by my doctor has been a major letdown.

Despite numerous assurances that my medications had been ordered, I faced repeated delays and lengthy waits and one medication never arrived at all. (I waited nine months.) When I voiced my concerns, I was informed that budget constraints limited the pharmacy’s ability to procure the necessary medications.

I am someone who relies on these medications to manage my health conditions, so this lack of reliability is simply unacceptable. I have been forced to switch to a pharmacy that can reliably supply the medications I need.

I can’t recommend Lake Pharmacy to others until they address this issue and ensure timely access to essential medications for all customers.

Every employee is friendly and shows a real desire to serve you. They are knowledgeable and professional. They work hard to get your medication to you in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Lake completely forgot my delivery and will not resend my medications. They are to blame. Now I have to endure coming down off my medications. A life threatening event. Won't correct their mistakes. I may be dead by the 11th of October. Go to another pharmacy.

I've been with Lake Pharmacy for decades. Never had an issue till I needed to take reoccurring medication. I signed up for delivery and 8 months of me calling to remind them to refill and deliver my medication, with the same answer as to why I needed to remind them "someone didn't put you in the system correctly". After 8 months of reminding, I did get 4 months of not having to remind them, but then I had to remind them another few months. Once I moved across town it was no longer an issue.

It took them a week to recieve the fax from my Dr for a new medication (from the clinic in the same building) then another 2 weeks to fill the medication. It is anxiety medication.

Had an Er trip, went to pick up some medications, they said they couldn't get a few. Checked in a few days later and they were still waiting. Checked a week later and they couldn't get it. Not because it was out, but because it was a specific kind they weren't able to get. Soft gels of generic Claritin. I could have bought that from the store if they had told me earlier.

The last straw and the reason why I am switching pharmacies. Last Friday (June 9th) I had dental surgery hours away from home. Despite the dental group not setting me up to travel, we arrived at the pharmacy 3.5 hours after the script was sent from the dental group. I was in utter and excruciating pain. My other half goes in and is told it's a 5 minute wait. Meanwhile, I pass out from the pain in the car while waiting. It takes them an hour to fill the prescription. It was just 5 Norco and some 400mg ibuprofen. The pharmacy had the script from the dental surgery group (not a regular dentist, all they do is surgeries) for hours prior to me showing up. I understand there is a que and it gets filled in the order it was recieved, but I highly doubt they were over 4 hours behind and you would think that being told someone is in excruciating pain waiting on their meds they wouldn't make them wait an hour for them. It's rude.

I am leaving Lake pharmacy after decades of being a loyal customer/client. I hope this review helps others make a just decision for this pharmacy.
