Dress came covered in ink stains and they refused to refund me because this was a sale item. It is one thing if I wanted to return it because it didn’t fit but it’s another if the dress comes to me completely ruined.

Came across this boutique through TikTok, they have nice outfits at reasonable prices. I made a big purchase from them last year and received different items than the ones ordered. I emailed and they said they didn’t have any more stock of the pieces I originally ordered. I decided to give them a second try, but they cancelled some of the items I ordered without notice. I think they need to up either customer service/customer care and have proper inventory.

The customer service is great! All the girls that work there are friendly, and helpful. The makeup is very affordable, and good quality. The clothing, shoes, and accessories are always trendy, and very reasonably priced. I also like that they bring in skincare, and body care products. The boutique is very cute, and it is the kind of shop we needed here in town. I can always find something for any type of occasion at the boutique.

At the beginning I thought I was going to enjoy their service and all, but I recently had an issue where THEY sent the wrong order to me. Now that being their fault and the weekend getting in between I am not able to return the boots through USPS back until Monday morning due to USPS being closed on weekends. I was hoping I had those boots in by Wednesday since they were part of my Thanksgiving outfit and I figured since it was an error on their end the moment I send them proof I've sent the boots back they'll do something for me and send the correct boots like in some type of express shipping or something but on the other hand they had the audacity to tell me if I wanted them on time I would have to pay my own express shipping or same day shipping cause they don't offer it. BUT yet it was an error on their end and I made my order on time so I could get my boots on time which I did but I received the wrong ones. So sad they can't even do a one time same day delivery for an error on their end.

Was so excited to order from this shop after seeing they had a 50% off sale on some items. However, was really disappointed after receiving them. Their clothes are not true to size at all. I ordered two shirts size large and looks like a small. Also, everything is so cropped which is not stated in some of their descriptions. One of the shirts came ripped as well, I contacted costumer service this morning I yet need to hear from them. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it’s important that whoever is planning to shop from here should know their shirts are not true to size. I would recommend sizing up if you do plan on shopping here.

For a very long time I’d wanted to come to this shop because the clothes are super cute but was largely disappointed when I went. This was by far the worst customer service I’d ever experienced from any type of boutique and was noticed but not greeted or thanked. I generally don’t care about writing reviews for shops but this was bad, the whole time the environment felt tense and it actually made my day worse cause I had to go into a crowded bathroom to try on clothes instead of getting a fitting room. I’d consider going back if the customer service was good but based on other reviews I can see I’m not the only one who feels the same way! It could really impact someone’s day and make it good if they were treated kindly.

Pink chateau has always been the place I go to when I have a last minute event to go to. I always end up leaving with an amazing outfit! The prices are so reasonable and affordable 💕 I also found that their makeup selection is amazing! I found myself over paying at other stores.for something I could easily buy at a more reasonable price at pink cheateau. They will always be my go to store whether it’s for a family event, birthday or photo shoot. I absolutely love this store. Not to mention the staff is always so supporting and loving! 🥰
