Stopped in to the ace while visiting family to get a few things for them, staff was very friendly and helpful. They took me right to the items I needed. I did feel the prices on some items were high but you pay for the convenience of not having to walk all around looking for items and for the convenience on not having to drive to a chain store. Would definitely stop again if need something when in the area.

Living in the Liverpool area and not having a hardware store was a pain. I would have to drive 10 to 15 minutes to a hardware store just to get what I needed. Lord forbid I forget something. I'm so glad we have hardware store in the neighborhood that's here to stay.

I’m visiting Liverpool for the summer. We have a good relationship with AceHardware in our own community so I was happy to see this store now open in Liverpool. Excellent selection and helpful staff. Beats the big box store in knowledge and convenience. I wish them much success.

If you're considering working at Liverpool Ace Hardware, be cautious. The owner has fostered a work environment that’s marked by favoritism and cliques, with certain employees getting preferential treatment. Petty issues are often used as a pretext to dismiss those who aren’t in his inner circle, often without any warning. The atmosphere is unprofessional, with some employees, who are close to the owner, consistently slacking off and gossiping, behavior that is tolerated and even encouraged by management. If you value a fair and respectful workplace, this might not be the best fit for you.

In response to the owner's suggestion to "reach out for further clarification," I did exactly that, providing a detailed list of grievances. Unfortunately, I received no response. This shows that his reply was purely for aesthetics—disingenuous and poorly framed, much like the way the business is run.

Good location, went to get a key cut but must've come at a bad time because the person cutting keys appears to be cutting around 30 keys and he appears to be doing it all by hand by dragging the machine arm slowly. I haven't seen anyone have to manually move the arm in a very long time and it is not 100% accurate most of the time. Not risking my keys getting them copied here.
