Went to this beauty supply on Friday
1-24-25 to purchase a head scarf and a few other items. Went straight to the head scarves hanging on the wall ( check the cameras to verify ) the short chubby Hispanic girl working there walking around on her cell phone was so rude that I just turned around and walked out. Go where YOU and your hard earned money is appreciated people. Hire better employees.

I've been a customer since I was in jr.high school. The staff are so helpful. Always socializing with customers and always willing to help we're ever they can. The warehouse in Richmond couldn't come close to my people at in living color beauty supply.its the quality for me.

Very friendly staff always very helpful, I come here often and I love that they acknowledge me once I didn't come in for a month or so when I finally got to the store one woman told me I have not seen you for a long time that makes me feel good as a customer. The only reason the 3 stars is because they don't have very diverse options of the specific hair that I look for , they have a lot of things I am just picky and have specific requirements for the hair I need. I always find something though , thanks guys

Zero stars if I could, this place has the absolute worst customer service! They never open the doors when they are supposed to and then have the nerve to have an attitude when questioned about the time they actually open. I sat outside and watched the worker sit in the car eating and giggling when she should have been opening the business for the day… I will never go back. 2/18/25

its hard to try NEW things or have knowledge of products when the employees don’t use or know anything about the products.Maybe hire someone who uses the products or know different hair types to recommend which products to even use.they simply are there to ring you up with no knowledge or understanding of anything they sell

This establishment is racist and unprofessional. I purchased an edge control that was half way empty!! I didn’t notice it until I got home, so I immediately called to let them know. The girl on the phone told me to come back the next day so I can speak to the manager. I went back the next day at the time she told me to come and he still was not there! She then told me to COME AGAIN AND HE WAS STILL NOT THERE. All I wanted was the product replaced that I paid for. They had me waste my time driving back and forth to speak with the manager who never showed up to rectify the situation. The short fat Mexican girl was covering for the manager as I never got to speak with him. Do not spend your hard earned money with these money hungry vile individuals. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff are unprofessional and always on their phone. The heavy set Asian girl is the rude and the most unprofessional of them all. The return policy is ridiculous I brought the wrong product one day. I came back a hour later to make an exchange they wouldn’t let me with a receipt.
