My wife and I stopped by this store today inside Northridge mall because the waitress we had at Wood Ranch was wearing a butterfly earring she got from here. So since we were right next to the store, we visited it so my wife can check it out. They have a lot of jewelry here and a lot of stuff are on sale. They even had clearance signs up but we didn't buy anything. My wife plans to come back with her mom to look at more stuff but they have a lot of selections here.

The first time I came into this store was last year on Valentine's Day ! Very nice storesbd I also got my ears pierced ! I had a very bad reaction to my piercing and ended up in the emergency room ! Apparently I ended up with an infection that may have been caused by earrings that I thought were safe ! I ended up having to close my piercing and have them re pierced by a professional ! I was told it's better to go through a a professional then getting pieced at a store at the mall

Since he has to work on Mother's day, my son brought me here the day prior to, with the trick to go eat ice cream remembering old days. I am alergic to flowers smell. I love jewerly and hair do-accesories. I was happy he brought me here.

Just shopped there today and paid more what was told.. Supposedly there was a 60% off sale, there was a necklace and it had a sticker, it said $17.99 came home to see how much I saved, it was originally $14.99- then I checked the email receipt and they charged me $19.69 (before tax) and two earrings that were supposedly $2.99 but was as well charged more, At least be honest with your costumers. Disappointed.

I went here for the first time today to buy jewlery. I ended up buying two nose piercing thinking they were on sale since they had signs all over the place saying they were on sale. When I payed I was charged full price! The cashier never told me it’s full price and never said the item was finale sale. Then she said I would get my receipt through email and never got it. I went back a few mins after to return one of the pericings and she said unfortunately you can’t return it because it’s finale sale? like what? She never told me that and they need to be more specific one which items are on sale. NEVER EVER buying anything from this store again until I get my money back such a rip off. I’m not one to complain about things but this time I was really upset. Worst store ever and help! Don’t buy here.

This store does not disappoint, is a well stocked if not overflowing jewelry and accessory store. They have really cute items at affordable prices, especially loving the quality hair accessories too! This store is long overdue, can't get it out of my head. A must visit everytime at Northridge Mall.
