Guys!!! this store every staff are kind, sweet, happy ‼️‼️❤️❤️ they made me so happy and gave such good memories!! You should visit here and enjoy the lush with the lovely staff? also good for buying gifts for christmas they have lots of exclusive product that you can have only in westfield lush?✨ Their explanation for the products were clear and perfect...?I enjoyed alot! I had such a wonderful experience at the Lush store in Century City! The store is absolutely beautiful, with an inviting layout and vibrant displays that make it so fun to explore. The customer service was exceptional—every employee we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome, taking the time to recommend products and even giving us personalized demonstrations. It was such a pleasant shopping experience, and we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this location!

My daughters and I were hanging at the mall waiting for an American Girl hair appointment and happened to walk through LUSH on a whim. The ladies who work there were so sweet, letting them try all kinds of stuff and putting on their favorite songs to dance to. My girls thought I had gotten tickets to some experience there and made friends with all the wonderful ladies who spoiled them and made them feel like princesses. After the going to get their hair styled, they immediately asked to go back to show their new friends at Lush, who all made them feel so special all over again. They loved the bath bomb wall, the Barbie room (ending soon) and the little treats. I went back a second time after taking my kids to the camp stores experience, and afterwards they both asked to go back to Lush because it was even better than camp (a store made especially for kids on the second floor). Every time we go into this store we all feel like we are among family, and joy radiates from everyone who works there. I seriously will be a Lush customer till the day I die now. Worth the hour drive from where we live. The kindness shown to myself and my kids will be remembered forever, and of course their products are so beautiful and animal cruelty free! Could you ask for a better experience? No, you truly cannot! And bonus, my kids are now very willing to take showers and baths due to all the fun goodies we brought home.

Carly and Mickey were so lovely and so helpful throughout my entire experience shopping in store. If you have any questions or you simply just want someone who is happy to let you know what products are good for your specific preferences, they are hands down the best people for your questions!! I will be definitely coming back to the store just for the amazing customer service!!

I'll just start off by saying that this Lush store is HUGE! About 2 maybe even 3x as big as the one's that I normally go to. This is the first Lush store that I've seen that actually has a whole section of bath bombs on the wall and although I'm not a big Barbie fan, the Barbie area is pretty cute. Both the Barbie Pink Shampoo and Barbie Dream Body Scrub smell AHHH-MAZING! I'm not sure if it's Limited Edition so if it's something you're interested in be sure to stock up! The staff here was also very helpful in assisting us with finding product and the employee who helped us even gave me a free skin tint! I'm not sure if it was for the amount we spent or if it was a gift with purchase but I never knew Lush did that, so hell yeah!

Our family loves to come here and purchase soap but what made our visit this time around even more special was because of Giselle and Mickey. They went above and beyond answering our questions and giving our children a fun and joyful soap experience at their newly renovated store. The 2 of them were great at showing and handling our kids while showing the many perks and benefits of their hands on experience with bubbles. Besides the amazing soap they provide we’re definitely coming back for a group event.

My daughter loves Lush. Every weekend, we go to pick out a bubble bar. Today, we met Sherlyn at the front. My daughter look interest in the bubble wand. It was very nice to see how attentive she was to our toddler. Sherlyn let my daughter blow bubbles. She also helped her pick out a soap. She is very sweet, welcoming and friendly. The Lush store is lucky to have such a worker.
I went up to the cashier to pay for the items. My mom was watching my daughter wash her hands from afar. When I went to the washing station, another staff member was standing beside my toddler helping her wash her hands she told me she didn’t want to leave a toddler unattended. I really appreciated that. The staff at Lush are very genuine and kind hearted.
