This was my first time in this shop. It was quite pleasant smelling and we were greeted right away. I enjoyed some of the unique items but it was quite expensive so I decided to not purchase anything.

I haven’t been here in years when I came in the store I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming by Brett. Brett not only help me remember the soap I use to buy but she was knowledgeable in everything in the store and I brought All her suggestions. I will definitely be back because of her. Lastly John at the cashier was also nice and made sure my experience was great . Way to Go to Both Brett and John .

Stopped by this morning to get gift cards i was with my daughter and Wendy greeted us and immediately got my daughter into some fun activities! Showing her the bathbombs and bubbles! Love this location! The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful and that’s just the staff the products…wow! Covid has made it difficult to for them to get some ingredients for some of their products, but you can still find shampoo, conditioner, lotion, masks, massage bars and bath bombs. Give them a try and ask for a sample.

Had a fabulous experience at Lush today! I just want to recognize John for being so helpful and patient. Giving top tier customer service and taking the time to help educate my mom and I on certain products. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I am forever grateful for this experience!
