reviews are bad then but if you look at most of them there from quite a bit ago, recently got spice bomb infrared 3.2 oz from them for only like 70$. They have turned the business around and are actually pretty good, the people who work there are a little rude, but other than that it's a pretty good store.

Was going to purchase a specific lip color. Person helped look for a similar color and put back the color we wanted without us knowing probably by accident. Bought the wrong color, spoke to manager about it right away and she would not let us exchange. No exceptions… not worth it. Stressful experience. Stuck with a color we don’t like. Bad customer service

Called into the store to ask about a promo they keep emailing about. The lady barely spoke English not a problem. The problem was that it was not 11am yet barely 10:46am and they where not open. She would not answer a simple question. Then why pick up the phone? Horrible service long are the days they had great deals because there items almost expired. Forget them I will go to the Retail store which now they have 15% off and a gift. You can also go on Lancome.com and get great deals. Never again!!!!

I’ve been buying Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium for YEARS from trusted retailers ( Sephora and Ulta). I bought a large bottle for around $90 at Luxury Beauty Store and when I went to use the spray at home (8 hours away because I was traveling) IT’S A COMPLETE FAKE!!!! The scent smells like a walmart perfume, and the bottle IS THE WRONG COLOR!!! Anybody who buys black opium know it’s a black bottle with pink liquid inside… well my bottle (which I double checked the box and the bottle the scent was correct, even the barcode’s matched up to my official products to make sure I didn’t grab the wrong collection) was BLUE and had clear liquid inside. I know they will not offer me a refund but if they don’t I will be reporting them for fraud products. There is extremely illegal of them to be doing especially in such a well known shopping center. Go to the Cosmetics Company, it’s a way better store with the REAL products not cheap fakes like Luxury Beauty.

I visited one time during thanksgiving break. People worked there were super mean and rude and unhelpful. I picked up the wrong product because they placed it at the wrong place. I only found that out after I walked out from the store and opened the box that was sealed. I turned back only 1 minute after I left the store. However, they refused to let me exchange for the correct one and even refused to talk to me. I asked to speak with the manager who was just as rude and mean. Will tell everyone not to go there since the saving just can't justify the poor service and the risk of running into problems that nobody is willing to correct. Your happiness and satisfaction is the last thing they care about. At least I'm not going again and will tell any friends or family the same.

I was excited that my favorite perfume was in a gift set and asked the manager, Jenna, about the price...however after my purchase, I noticed that the same perfume was packaged with additional items and at a cheaper price...I spoke to the sales associate about her not notifying me about the better deal...her first response was that she didn’t notice who was helping me (really!) and then she stated that she was not aware it was there...I then asked for the manager, Jenna, because I was deeply sadden by this experience...the manager then stated that she was not aware that this product was on display, she was overwhelmed that this is the first day of the sale, and she is unable to keep up with the inventory due to its turnover rate...wow!!! I’m just glad she’s not working in a bigger store...please bring back Linda who knows her customers and customer service ...if you want excellent customer service and a little drive, she’s working at the cabazon with the same company.

This store has a variety of different make-up brands which can be overpriced at times. This beauty store sales beauty products that was once sold by department stores beauty line products. Although its an outlet store it can be overpriced on almost all expired beauty products which have never been opened or used. Be careful here when making a purchase always check the date of the beauty product before you make a purchase.

My chinese wife went into the store to buy and the store manager and associate both stated that they saw her yesterday and refused her service. They would provide no proof but there memories. They even tried to say that I was with her. When we were both home yesterday. Maybe they confused our chinese friend and her husband, who is white like me. They have done this before. We will not accept the racial profiling that goes on at this location.
