Wash is OK... there's washes that go by where not all areas are washed off. Moments where I still have soap left on my car. The buffer at the end misses my hood and 3/4 of my windshield. When asked about it, I was told, "that's why we have towels". Really? $40 monthly and can only get 1 was a day (not truly unlimited), drying towels are already half damped already and tire shine hardly applies, some vacuuming spots don't have great force, should also get air hoses like the Wash Box in Rainbow City to help with the drying and ensure a spot free experience. I gave it two because the employees have always been very friendly. The actual wash is terrible. There’s a brush on the right side that hasn’t worked since at least last spring. Right side and back of vehicles are never cleaned. I’ve asked several times and told a part is on order. I’m done here. Full price for half a wash is no longer acceptable.

I recently visited Mach 1 and was thoroughly impressed with the service! The staff were friendly and efficient, getting my car in and out in no time. The facilities were modern and clean, with plenty of amenities like free Wi-Fi and a comfortable waiting area.

But what really blew me away was the quality of the wash itself. My car looked brand new afterwards - the exterior was spotless, and the interior was vacuumed and sanitized to perfection. The attention to detail was impressive, with even the tires and wheels looking like they'd been detailed.

Prices were very reasonable too, especially considering the high level of service. I've been to plenty of car washes before, but this one was hands down the best. I'll definitely be back!

We have had a monthly membership since tbe place opened with the previous owners and it was alwsys good service and quality. Since they have been purchased by a corporation it has drastically changed for the worse. The gate never reads your tag and you have to wait for an employee to notice you to let you in, the wash is not as good and it seems like nothing comes out when its supposed to be doing the ceramic coating, and the vacuums are terrible no suction my shop vac has more suction. Today when the gate didn’t open a employee was cleaning his personal vehicle looked right at me and kept cleaning his vehicle I had to back out and go through the exit to go inside and attempt to cancel membership which they couldn’t do because they couldn’t find it. i had to call back to get it cancelled with tag number. Right now we feel this is way overpriced for the value provided. If the bugs were worked out we would consider using them again because they are convenient.

Very convenient for me but every time we go there there is something broke about the machine what you're missing some of the cleanliness I wish to get it fixed and stay fixed

Great service by both of the employees working. Great attention to detail, made sure the truck was cleaned in the spots they thought the brushes might not get. The truck looks great!

We have been many times and our car is never clean after going through the wash. My son's truck was still dirty today after leaving the car wash. He did not vacuum it and he noticed it once he got home. He called them and they refused to rewash the car because he had left the property. We have not complained before but after several times of this happening, we brought it to their attention today. They say they have a clean car guarantee but I guess that is not the case. Very disappointed. Trying to use a local business but refuse to pay for a wash and my vehicle not be clean. And it was not a little amount. I looked at it and asked him if he went to the car wash when he got home because it still had so much dirt on it.

Excellent! The two young people working Sunday took additional time to get dried on dirt removed before going through the vehicle wash. They should be commended for taking care of your customers!
