I will not use any other detergent than Magnolias!
Vanity w/extra scent added. If you're not getting at least 2x you aren't doing it right!

This is the worst location. Was good when it first opened. Now, you never know if they will be open or not. 3rd time I’ve been during business hours and store was just closed..no reason. One other time I came in the afternoon and the store was just opening. Associate said that the girl had to leave was all she knew and she was surprised herself. Management really needs to look into this store. There is a buff city soap a couple of doors down that everyone is having to go to now. This store will fold soon if this isn’t addressed.

I was so disappointed in the Tuscaloosa location today. I’ve been in and purchased laundry detergent before and the staff have been so friendly. Today was not as pleasant. The young lady would only say what seemed to be scripted, but then when it came to fill my two containers of powder…. One of them she didn’t fill to the rim as had been done in the past. She even threw away the last bit from the bowl that would have fit into my container. She also texted her boss instead of calling to get a confirmation on an issue, which causes us to stand around awkwardly. I tried to make small talk but she made me feel so uncomfortable. I hope she’s new and improves on her customer communication skills.

WOW! I love going into this store! Very clean, super knowledgeable staff that are attentive, courteous and very helpful! No pushy salespeople- I am spoiled with all the great finds! LOVE the laundry soap, the bath soaps, shower oils, shower steamers, body scrub and body butter too- I need to try pet products --oh and I have replaced all the warmer melts now with Magnolia too!! My fav scents Lady Luck, Purple Passion, Vanity and 24k -- try Posh Peony and Salty--delish!!

WOW! This place is amazing! Do not buy laundry soap anywhere else. You pick the amount you need and then pick the scent you want added to it. They have body soap, sugar scrubs, and many more items, including body oils and lip balm. Did I mention it smells amazing! Staff is wonderful also!
