This gym has a fantastic membership fee. No startup fees, no contracts, no extra costs with just a basic membership. The gym's atmosphere is amazing, everyone is friendly, everyone in there is about community. You go in there you also feel a sense of achievement. You see personal records on the board, you see medals. You feel good entering this gym. Aaron is a fantastic owner, makes you feel welcome and part of a family.

I have been going to Meta 365 for about two years and it has been the best gym experience I have ever had. Aaron Kurz (the owner) talks a lot about building a community around his gym and he backs it up.

Meta 365 provides a positive experience that is improving every month. Aaron is careful to ensure that it is a safe, judgement-free environment that allows everyone to be their best self.

Aaron doesn't tolerate negativity, people disrespecting each other or people disrespecting the environment. Meta 365 is a great environment for the young, the old, the large, the small, for males and for females.

Having said all of that, Meta 365 has numerous excellent personal trainers that look for every opportunity to help people build healthier and stronger habits.

Aaron in particular is a champion of everyone who attends his gym. He finds little ways all the times to show you a glimpse of your better self and help you achieve your goals.

Meta 365 also offers a variety of different classes to help you meet your goals and hosts many events that cover a broad variety of gym-related interests. Every class and event I have been too has been overwhelming positive.

Lastly, I have never seen myself as a weightlifter in the past but recently decided to compete. Lifting weights with the weight of your peers at Meta 365 behind you is like winning your own private Super Bowl!

I am someone who always has come up with an excuse as to why I don’t want to go back to a gym. Even if I tried I couldn’t come up with one for Meta! I love the people, the atmosphere, the prices and of course the owner! I’ve felt welcomed and like part of the family since day 1! I will never look for another gym in my life. I’ve been coming to Meta since it first opened. At this point it was still your go to gym, the owner does a fantastic job of offering many options to his customers and I have got to see him take the communities suggestions first hand.

Today, Meta is EVERYTHING you could want in a gym. They meet the needs and offer a range of different people a chance to advance themselves. From power lifting, body building, weight loss, and athletic needs, you can find yourself excellenling and reaching goals behind these doors.

Another thing I really enjoy about Meta is their supplement shop on-site. They offer protein, pre-workouts, fat burners, powerlifting gear, even meal preps. Truly convenient and affordable. As well as the amazing staff who don’t just give you a hello, but recognize by your name and ask how your day is going. This is the perfect gym for anybody with the perfect combination of fitness, friendliness, affordability, and location.

Great spot with all the essentials, Aaron was very accommodating with the type of membership I needed. Very glad I stepped in to check them out, I was on the fence between here and PF, and honestly I don’t miss PF at all. (Better selection of free weights and a decline sit-up bench) i will be coming here whenever I’m in the UP

The Gym seems to have a good amount of equipment. I walked in at 1p.m. to see about a membership. There was no workers there. 3 people on machines.
You should at least post hours where it is good to talk about a membership so those of us who do not use app's for everything have options.
Even if it is just 3 hours a week Post on door Visit between 1p.m. and 4p.m. on Thursdays to talk to a human.

One of the most comfortable gyms I’ve ever been at. From as soon as you walk in the door on your first day. Plenty of trainers to assist you in what ever you might want to improve on. Super friendly staff and clean safe equipment I’d recommend meta 365 to anyone.

I love this gym! Jason is one of the best trainers in the world and he's very helpful and one of the best people I have ever met. He is very nice and helpful and helped me design a complete whole workout schedule and is very friendly and such a great person!
