I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rabinowitz to correct a life long defect. As soon as I met him, he put me at ease. His bedside manner was like no other. He was kind, informative and took time to listen to my concerns….answering all of them with sound responses. Fast forward to a VERY successful (and life changing) surgery. I am very disappointed with the results of my eyelid surgery with Dr.Rabinowitz, My eyes went from a natural almond shape to two noticeably different shapes, leaving me with significant asymmetry. When I addressed my concerns, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a real solution, he gave me a cortisol injection—which, unsurprisingly, did nothing to fix the problem.

Due to his lack of professionalism and poor surgical outcome, I am now left with permanent asymmetry. I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone considering eyelid surgery.

I appreciate your response, but there is no mistake—I was a patient of Dr. Rabinowitz. Experiences like this are not something one forgets.

I saw Dr Rabinowitz for multiple growths on my eye lid and droopy eye lids. He provided me with a plan for surgery to remove the growths and do blepharoplasty. Scheduling my procedure was fast and easy. The staff took care of the insurance submissions. Dr Rabinowitz answered all my questions. He helped me understand what I was to expect pre and post surgery. My follow up appointments showed quick improvement of my eye lids and stitch lines.
