i literally walked out of here crying and went to the benefit down the street. i came for a brow wax and tint, and i sat down, never once being asked what shape i wanted or anything. i saw her mixing up the color and she said “close your eyes” so i assumed that she was going to apply the color, since that’s what everywhere else does because once you wax your pores are open so you need to apply color before!! anyways my eyes are closed and i suddenly feel hot wax on me.

there was no consultation, no brow mapping, no nothing, literally just one quick wax with one strip creating a horrible rainbow shaped arch. you are supposed to wax front half then back half!!! they are so so so much thinner than i usually get them. also she only waxed underneath, so the top and middle of my brows were still super messy.

like i said i literally left and immediately went to benefit down the street and they did what they could to fix them with shaping and products. then i cried in my car after learning it takes 4 months for them to grow back.

for a brow wax—GO TO BENEFIT INSTEAD!!!

This place has gone so downhill. I went in for a full balayage and paid nearly $400 and it was finished in an hour and a half. My hair looked almost exactly the same as when I came in. The underneath and sides of my hair were left untouched. Big streaky chunks of blonde on my money pieces. It seems like they are trying to rush through clients. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

Always high quality service which is why I was disappointed the last time I went. I changed my entire schedule around to make a hair consultation and they wouldn’t even do it because my mom wasn’t there. I understand it’s policy, and it’s not their fault. But I am two months away from turning 18, I was going to be the one paying for the hair appointment, and my mom does not care at ALL. I wish they had called me to let me know, or I wish they had told me when I made the appointment before ruining my schedule.
