Been coming here for four years now and have never had a bad haircut. Javier has been the main man cutting my hair and he does it right every time. Griselda is great too and they listen to exactly what you want. They’re very friendly here, and even though it’s a little hole in the wall, it’s great having a solid barber this close to base. It’s $20 for military which is the more affordable side of things compared to some other places around Oceanside.

This place is great & accommodation, they are patient & friendly with me. They make it their business to take care of the customers. If you want something in a specific way the barbers want you to tell them so that they can make you happy.

Last two times I’ve been here they have given me the worst haircuts possible! Never coming here again. I’m convinced they only got 1 good barber left here.

I’m a middle-aged man who’s been living in O-side for 11 years. I still have the same thick fast-growing hair as I did in high school (praise God!). I’ve always gone to expensive hair salons, but the two I always went to have been closed for months. My hippie hair was out of control and I couldn’t stand it anymore. I found this place; thank goodness it was open. It’s small and not fancy – it reminds me of the barbershop my dad would take me to as a kid. Frankly, I didn’t expect much but I had to get rid of that mop on my head. After waiting a short while, Mica called me over to her chair. While waiting I watched her give a haircut to another middle-aged man. It looked great so I said, “Give me what you gave that previous gentleman.” Mica did a PERFECT job! Afterward she said, “That’ll be $15.” I replied, “Not enough!” I gave her a $20 bill and told her to keep the change. Even with the tip I paid less than half of what I’ve been paying for over a decade for a lesser-quality haircut. When I went home my lady-friend said it was the best haircut she’s ever seen on me! Note: Not only is Mica a complete professional but she’s a delightful lady as well. I can’t wait for my hair to grow back so I can go get another haircut there!

By far the best barbershop in Oceanside! It’s kind of a small spot but never too busy and always clean, friendly and the staff is amazing. After four years I’ve never had an issue and they even do a excellent job on my kids hair too.
