This was our 2nd time here and we love the pedicures here. My nail didn't grow out so I asked them to just clean up and massage and they cleaned my feet and massage them well.

Mai did such a wonderful job with my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered. 3 stars because she also gave me a lash fill and honestly they were horrible. Would get hair done here again, but not my lashes.

Took my teenage daughter here for a treat. A man did her pedicure, while a woman did mine. She told me nice we left that he kept moaning while he was rubbing her legs and feet and made her very uncomfortable. He also tried to get her to open her legs wider during the pedicure (she had on flowy shorts) Beware if you consider taking your daughters here. Also, my pedicure was ok, the paint was a little sloppy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!….I didn’t even make it to get service from them. I called in to asked questions about their pedicure services the lady that answered could not answer any questions. Then told me the owner that could answer the basic questions I was asking would call me be because she was doing lashes. She also proceeded to schedule me an appointment. And said they would cal back in 10 minutes. I waited and did not get a call back. I called back after 30min several times. (Again I’m just trying to verify the service I was just scheduled for because I don’t want to waste anybody’s time if it’s not want I want.) I called several times they kept picking up the phone not saying anything but you could hear a lot of conversations in the background then I would wait thinking they are gonna answer and then they would just hang up. Another lady answered the phone that didn’t speak English then hung up. Called back no answer again. So I’m just not going in and super irritated because now I have to look around to find someone where else to schedule and appointment with that could take me the same day.

Used a groupon for a $60 balayage and was told it was an addition $100 for length. My hair is slightly past my shoulders and they said it was long so it would be $160 total. That seems like false advertising but the reviews were good so I let the lady do it anyways. I was originally told I could come back in a few weeks to do the top half of my hair because I was looking to go blonde after starting with the balayage. My hair was wrapped in the foils for 45+ minutes where she continued to apply bleach throughout that time and when she finally took them off and washed and toned my hair it was still bright orange with patches of white. They look more like highlights than a balayage. The streaks were uneven and look awful. After drying my hair she told me that it was too dry and that I needed to wait 6 months and come back for a trim before bleaching the rest. I don’t know how they could expect me to walk around with my hair like this for 6 months when I can’t even wear it down anymore with what she did to it. As soon as I went to brush my hair all of the hair she bleached started falling out. $160 for fried, uneven, atrocious hair that’s way thinner than it was before. If you cannot do something you need to let the client know that instead of going ahead with the service and over charging them. Go to a place that you will get quality service for your money because that place isn’t here.

*edit 6/18/22. I have had my hair done here 2 other times after my first initial review and beautiful Kelly, owner of the salon, gave me a wonderful blonde color job both times! I will absolutely be going back to this salon for my future hair needs! Sonny did the most wonderful job on my hair! The highlights and lowlights are stunning and beautiful! The cut is fantastic and my hair is extremely soft and shiny and I am in love with the work he did! They also do wonderful lashes! I highly recommend this salon!
