Check the gift (Tocobo lip mask) you will receive if you buy 40$ for today's program. The staff did not give it to me and did not apologize. She also told me to check my bag again. How rude.

I've never been one to focus on skincare or beauty, but this store has definitely changed that for me.
I went here with my sister's this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised with how easy and informative the experience was.
We were assisted by Yome, who was super knowledgeable on the product lines.
She helped me find products to help with the acne scars I've been dealing with for years. All store personnel was super friendly and helpful. Nobody was pushy to buy products or sell items that you genuinely don't need.
It's been 6 days of using the products and the texture of my face has significantly improved.
I'll definitely be coming back to Moida!

DO NOT PURCHASE LIP PRODUCTS FROM HERE. A friend and I purchased two products, both of which did not match our swatches from the testers. Putting them side by side, the liptint i purchased was 4-5 shades darker and purple in undertone compared to the tester product with the same product name and number. After talking to the manager, they were unable to refund us since their products are final sale (which was not mentioned to me prior to purchasing), not even offering to switch out the purchased product for an actual true-to-tester shade. They were apologetic but stated it was possible the color lightened in the tester because of mixing shades, which seemed unlikely because not only was the color lighter, it was a completely different undertone. The employee who checked me out was apologetic but ultimately I'm stuck with a color I do not want and will not be purchasing from them again. This exact same issue happed to a friend I was with who bought a different product from them at the same time.

Very helpful and variety of Korean skin care products you can’t find anywhere.
The girl in the register asked me what kind of skin I had and gave me free products based on my answer and my purchase as well. Very nice. 👍🏼
